great location, only 3-5min by foot from the beach and only 5-10min by foot to the Main street with all the Restaurant and Shops. the mother of the host welcomed us very friendly. conversation with her was mostly a mixture of Signlanguage and the view Italian words I knew or looked up but she was very friendly! one single room with double bed and kitchen and a bathroom, but it was just fine for the two of us (for 3 people there is a spare bed in the closet but than there wont be a lot space left i guess xD) but perfect for 2! I loved the big balcony, perfect for having breakfast outside or enjoying the evening :) would definitely come back!!

We have been going back to Grado for 10 years, this stay exceeded our expectations. It's on the 3rd floor of an apartment building, right across from our favorite restaurant (Il Panino) in the city center. Marina responded in a very short time, and the check-in went smoothly. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need to relax. Parking is difficult, but this is a feature of Grado. We will definitely be returning guests, we recommend Marina&Dario's apartment.

We were having a remote working from Italy at Michela’s place for almost 2 weeks and enjoyed every second of it! The place looks even better in life than in the pictures. Located in a fenced peaceful neighbourhood and a walkable (approx 30-40 min walk) distance to Grado center. In case you are not much of a walker, there are also some bicycles to use. (We did not use them though) A very nice touch was the “In case you have forgotten something” cabinet with some of the essentials (i.e. some most popular hygienic wares) and the welcome gift! Michela was always there and responsive to sort out any questions we had. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary items to prepare almost any food and the bed was super comfy to get a good nights sleep. The internet connection overall was enough for two people to do their work stuff and attend online video calls at the same time.

I spent a long weekend with my partner here. Highly recommended home and hosts. Beautiful house location: very quiet area, very comfortable internal parking and you can easily walk around Grado. House furnished in a very welcoming way and with a really impeccable cleanliness. Communication with the host is always quick and easy. Everything is perfect!

We only stayed for one night at the apartment and we were sad that we couldn’t extend it for at least another day. The place was spacious, well equipped, the internet was good and everything was clean… The parking was a bit tight but we managed to fit our car, and this was communicated in advance so we knew what to expect. Also, there is a nice sitting backyard area. Alberto was very responsive and overall a great host. If we’re ever in the area we would love to stay here again.

What a surprise, Flavio's house. So wonderfully furnished, everything you need is there. Exactly what you expect from choosing this house. Wonderful tranquility in the area, a nice outside by the house with a flowing stream in the backyard. j You have lots of privacy here. Here you will relax completely. In the house and the area you have no internet. This can bother you, but it's also nice not to be disturbed. In the house there is a phone that you can use in case of emergency. Flavio is always ready if you have any questions, it is never too much. We hope to come back here again. Loved us very well to relax. If you are a nature person, this place is absolutely recommended.

we had a very good time in the accommodation and the host was very courteous. The only flaw was the lack of services near the accommodation. The restaurants in the village, for example, were all closed from Monday to Thursday! Overall it was a more than pleasant stay!

A wonderful place where we hope to return! We stayed for the Easter holidays with our two small children and grandparents. We all had a great time. The house has convenient access and offers all the comforts, both inside and out, thanks also to the lawn and proximity to the river, reachable in a few steps, where the children were able to play freely. Balconies and rooms enjoy a magnificent view; the silence and tranquility have conquered us, even if it does not give us the feeling of being isolated. The landscapes around are simply fairytale. A great THANK YOU to Eligio and his wife, who welcomed us with much care and hospitality. They were always available, responding quickly to every need and also helping us with some small inconveniences we had with the car.

Our stay at Francesca's was great. We could even check in earlier, which was perfect with a child. Francesca is very attentive. We had fruit and Prosecco in the fridge. The best ice cream shop in Lignano was a 1-minute walk away. The path to the beach was very pleasantly shady. The house is tucked away and it is pleasantly quiet. Perfect for relaxing. The terrace is covered, so we could always sit outside. The parking space in the garden was also pleasant. We will be happy to come back.

Mrs. Catia was really kind and helpful to us. Her home and fully fenced garden were in line with what we expected and respected the proposal offered on the site. Very well cared for interiors, comfortable beds that are cozy and clean. Warm environment heated by a pellet stove. Equipped kitchen, utensils, comforts of all kinds available. If we really want to find a defect, I could mention the exhaust hood and its light that didn't work and, it was not clean. But, I would recommend Catia's house for a wonderful vacation. Thanks again for your hospitality

This place is a real gem equipped with every comfort. Spaces are extremely functional. The balcony is truly amazing: in spring, great for lunch/dinner. A pantry with all the essentials including the coffee maker pods. Host always available and responsive. You can't help but give it 5 stars. Highly recommended

We had a great week in Saverio's apartment. The apartment is located in a residential area, very quiet, not far from the sea (15 minutes at a slow pace). At our disposal there was a fenced parking space, the 3 pools (one for children), the playground always in the shade and the bicycles. At a distance of 150 meters there is a supermarket where you can shop. On the large balcony there is a February and the table where you can dine in the cool. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time here! The flat is very practical, clean and we had everything we need. Plus, the view is just stunning 🤩
