Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Rieti

This was by far the best experience on our whole trip from Pisa to Rome! It's unique and right in the heart of the historic center of Spoleto. Ilaria is super professional, and also a very kind, generous person. She told us all about her city, which was very interesting, and was always available and ready to help with any questions. She made our stay that much more comfortable. The apartment is located in a historic building, and it has an incredible atmosphere that really immerses you in the city's history. Inside, everything is nicely arranged and convenient, with old character but with all the modern conveniences. The kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. This is the perfect place for anyone who wants to experience the true atmosphere of an authentic Italian town. I highly recommend Ilaria's apartment to anyone visiting Spoleto!

The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

We have spent two fantastic nights in this lovely clean house and enjoyed our stay so much. The views are stunning and the area are wonderful for relaxation with a lot of things to do. Many thanks should go to Mr. Paolo, the owner, who made our stay extremely fantastic with his excellent advices and instructions. You should never leave the area without visiting Forno a legna Orsini ( the best bakery in town) to enjoy the delicious Italian pizza and pastries. Amazing experience

Bella villetta in campagna, tenuta molto bene, bel giardino che circonda la casa, personale molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza.

Our group of six had an absolutely brilliant stay. Antonia was an incredibly responsive and friendly host and Adrian was also so helpful, coming every day to clean the pool and offer fresh eggs or any help we needed. The house itself is huge. It is charmingly rustic, very clean and has everything you would need. The views from the house and gardens are extraordinary. The pool is also very large and there are lots of activities (badminton, table tennis, visiting the donkeys and Ketchup the horse!) for in between sunbathing. It is a relatively remote location, but there is a supermarket close by and a wonderful cafe (Bar Ce) a few minutes drive away, which serves some of the best pasta and pizza I’ve had in a long time! Thank you Antonia and we look forward to hopefully returning in future.

We really enjoyed our stay,the house is spacious with a really nice bbq set up. You’ll find everything you need for your stay and even more,the kitchen is fully equipped and there’s plenty of space for a big family or group of friends. Giuliano is really nice and responsive,great stay.

È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole; l'alloggio è molto semplice ma attrezzato con tutti i comfort e, una chicca, Roberta prepara per i suoi ospiti torte fatte in casa e tutto l'occorrente per colazioni abbondanti e per tutti i gusti, una cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto! La casetta è in mezzo al verde, in un posto molto tranquillo ma a 5 minuti in auto da Spoleto, cittadina splendida. Consigliamo l'alloggio di Roberta anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e la gentilezza e disponibilità di Roberta.

Alloggio molto buono, bellissima posiione e host molto disponibile. Unica pecca il wifi non funzionante. Per il resto perfetto!!

I loved my stay at Marta’s apartment! The apartment is amazing, and much larger than the pictures show. Marta was so welcoming and sweet and easy to communicate with. Great location also, several bars and restaurants on the piazza and a short walk to the sights and the mountain nearby. Will definitely book again for my next trip to Spoleto.

Spectacular views! The terrace views are absolutely amazing! The entire property is so gorgeous! And so clean! You have everything that you need to cook meals and feel right at home! The water falls and the park is so worth visiting! So much to see and do! We really enjoyed our stay and we will surely be coming back!

Excellent logement au 1er étage avec ascenseur. Grande terrasse avec une table et deux chaises pour pouvoir profiter de l'extérieur le soir. Claudia a fait tout pour que l'on se sente bien dans l'appartement. Il y avait là climatisation dans la chambre et une autre dans la salle. Il y avait tout dans l'appartement. Même de l'huile, sel, poivre etc etc Elle nous a fourni aussi la machine à café et les capsules. Elle était rapide pour répondre à toutes nos demandes. Je suis d'avis de conseiller cet appartement à tous ceux qui veulent visiter Terni.

Ottimo soggiorno, per chi come me ha voluto fare qualche giorno di sci a campo felice è perfetto, raggiungibile in meno di 10 minuti, c'é tutto tra riscaldamento e piano cottura, e inoltre è a circa 20 minuti da L'Aquila, dove sono andato a fare spesa il primo giorno. Nulla di negativo da dire.

L'alloggio si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla, ideale per chi desidera esplorare sentieri e percorsi di trekking. Sebbene l'appartamento fosse di dimensioni contenute, era perfetto e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno breve. Inoltre, vengono offerti anche dei prodotti tipici e una piccola colazione. L'host è stato estremamente reattivo e cortese, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. In generale, è stata un'esperienza molto positiva.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo alloggiato al villino per 4 giorni. Ci ha accolti Maria Laura mostrandoci la casa e consigliandoci dei posti da visitare durante il soggiorno. È stata accogliente e fin da subito disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. La casa è splendida, dotata di ogni comfort, pulita e ben riscaldata. Dal giardino è possibile ammirare il Monte Terminillo in tutto il suo splendore. La zona è ben riparata e silenziosa ideale per una vacanza rilassante. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa e speriamo di tornarci presto.

It's a lovely place with a stunning view and we were very pleased with our stay! You’ll need a car, as it’s quite far from most things. Roberta was super friendly and helpful, and her English is great, so communication was easy. Her friend/helper Adrianna is lovely and welcoming but doesn’t speak any English. Overall, it’s a solid 9 out of 10 kind of place—perfect if you’re after peace, quiet, and beautiful views at a fair price, and if you’re mobile. A few things could bring it to a 10: The garden could use a trim (some trees/bushes block the view from the terrace) The stove leaks gas and appliances like the kettle could use an update Kitchen tools like knives and cutting boards are very basic An outside BBQ would’ve been great! The internet was quite slow and only worked for one streaming device at a time. Thanks for a lovely stay

Bel posto, spazio molto accogliente e isolato per feste

An amazing stay for some time in the Italian countryside. Only 1.5 hour drive from Rome with clear instructions provided and easy to arrange access. Leonardo always had prompt responses including quickly solving one issue after check in. Beautiful views and amazing pool area for spending hot summer afternoons under the shade of the vines. Pool of good depth for those with kids with a good shallow area of 1m deep for about one-third of the length. The house has a lovely character and overall a great stay with the ability to explore the nearby historic towns of Amelia and Narni within 15 mins drive. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing summer escape in the Italian countryside.

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

la casa era molto bella l’unica cosa è che ovviamente andandoci d’inverno quei confort di cui potresti usufruire l’estate non li hai, ci sta… comunque sono stati davvero gentili non ci hanno dato un orario preciso per lasciare la casa ci sono venuti incontro. la casa è grandissima e c’è tanto spazio noi eravamo 15 persone e sembrava fossimo pochissime persone dentro casa per quanto è grande 😊 ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Ons verblijf in de villa van Loredana was fantastisch. Bij aankomst werden we verrast met een royale welkomsmand, met lekkernijen en heerlijke wijnen. De moeder van Loredana was er om ons op een heel hartelijke manier te ontvangen, ze is echt een schat. Het huis is heel erg ruim en mooi ingericht, met een prachtige keuken die compleet is uitgerust. Naast diverse mooie zitgedeelten in het huis, heb je de beschikking over drie grote slaapkamers en 2 nette badkamers. De tuin is hartstikke mooi en goed onderhouden door haar vader. Ook in de tuin heb je verschillende zithoeken waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen. Het zwembad is heerlijk, alles is erg schoon. Je komt hier goed tot rust in de prachtige omgeving.
