The Lucciole farmhouse

The farmhouse, independent and with an area of 150 square meters with a garden of about 5000 square meters, is immersed in the green hills of Sabina. The location is quiet and panoramic, and ideal for reaching the medieval villages of Lazio and Umbria. There are two outdoor barbecues and two fireplaces inside the house. An orchard with about 50 fruit plants, where you can pick seasonal fruit. There is Wi-Fi and a heating system, 3 Smart TVs and a washing machine in the warehouse

The villa is located in the middle of the Valnerina countryside, between hills of olive groves and Mediterranean scrub woods. The Marmore Waterfall is 2.4 km from the property. The property is equipped with a beautiful swimming pool (5m×10m, depth 1.5m) set in a large garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful view, typical of green Umbria. The house, in the back, has a barbecue area of about 60 square meters. The property is equipped with electric car charging stations.

The apartment is obtained from an ancient stone cellar. At the entrance the rack where mountain bikes brought by guests can be safely accommodated. Inside the apartment with a triple bedroom, double and single bed, bathroom and living room/kitchen with sofa bed.
