Villa holiday rentals in Province of Rieti

We enjoyed our stay at Carmen's. The place is great with the fireplace and the view is amazing. She was very welcoming. At the beginning she had proposed for us to pay for the gas consumption, we explained that we never had to pay for it with airbnb. She understood but wanted us to be respectful with the usage. We will come back in summer to jump in the pool!

This is the most gorgeous villa! Everything about it is absolutely magical. The home and the views are breathtaking. It felt like I was living in an Italian dream. :)

Nice place, very welcoming and secluded space for parties

The Villa is even more beautiful and big live. A very evocative location, calm and quiet around. The owners are exquisite people, very helpful and kind. The morning after the night, they had us bring croissants for breakfast. I'll definitely keep in mind for future dates.

A really special location just a few kilometers from Rome. The farmhouse and the entire surrounding park is well-maintained by the owners. This shows how proud they are to indulge an authentic place handed down for generations. We look forward to coming back!

We had a great time. The house is large and cozy, perfect for a relaxing stay in friendship. Francesca is a helpful and kind host. We will definitely be back.

Massimo's house is in a lovely location, spectacular views of the lake, in a very quiet area. We loved the fenced garden, especially our dog! Massimo is attentive, he is always very quick to respond! She gave us valuable tips for places to eat and provided all the material for what to see nearby. Too bad we only had a couple of days available.

This was the best place we stayed in, in our trip to Italy. Marco, Erika and Gerry are amazing hosts! We enjoyed a lot the house, with its incredible view and amenities. Great recommendations around and very peaceful surroundings. Is really a great choice! My family and I loved it :)

Rented for the "100 days at maturity" to spend some time together, we could not have made a better choice. Spectacular house, many common spaces where you can spend time together and have fun, kind and friendly owners... if there are other events of this type I would not hesitate to return with other friends. Definitely perfect for being with a big family too. Below photos of the nice stay❤️

We were a group of 8 friends and stayed at Livia’s Casale for a week. It was an incredibly peaceful home with everything you could imagine for a wholesome family/friend holiday. We were a but unlucky that there were many mosquitoes, but they provided ys with some incense that repelled them. I would however advice to bring your own body repellent if you go in a warm season!! Would recommend 10/10!!!

We have had the best stay at Livia’s House. The house was cozy and really nice. We felt home the second we came in. We really loved being at the pool with all the chickens around and even got the chance to feed the donkeys. The Wine Tasting was just a ten minute walk away and was served with food. It is a lovely family business with the most friendly people. We will come back ! :)

The house and gardens were beautiful and full of character. It is in a very peaceful location with lovely views. The pool was amazing and was far bigger than it looks in the pictures. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. It was ideal holiday house for our 2 families and we had a great time. Barbara was quick to respond to any questions. Thanks for having us!

We had a great experience at this Airbnb. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped, as described in the listing. The location is ideal, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. The host was very welcoming and helpful, offering helpful tips for our stay.

We found Andrea’s villa a very welcoming family home. It really did feel like home from home. It was a wonderful place where we could relax as a family - whether it was reading a book, playing pool, table tennis, or chilling by the swimming pool. The salt water was new to us but we loved it and the depth of the pool was great for diving and jumping as well as swimming - the photos don’t do the pool justice. The pool area is beautifully situated on the property and at different times throughout the day parts are shaded which makes for comfortable swimming. Having the caretaker nearby was very reassuring. We rarely saw him, but he would be available if needed. We did a day trip to Rome and drove to Fidene ( parking was easy and free) and then caught the train into Roma Termini - 1 Euro per person - amazing value. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and we had a lovely stay there at the end of our holiday.

We absolutely loved our time here. The setting is amazing, the pool and adjoining soccer area are perfect and the pizza oven was a huge plus. The house has layer of character, history and family items from photos to books and art work. The Host was kind and attentive. We hope to return soon. Sharing the pool and common area with another family was a slight surprise but not an issue. This is a special place.

Everything from check in to check out went wonderfully in this beautifully renovated house. We enjoyed the beautiful pool that brought wonderful cooling during the warmer days. Ideal base to visit e.g. Rome and Tivoli and to relax in the countryside afterwards. The garden is heavenly and offers 100% privacy as the listing also described. We would love to come back! We stayed two families in the house with plenty of room for big and small. the terrace is worth highlighting with its beautiful view. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden at the front of the house with another nice terrace. The kitchen was more than fully equipped-there was everything you could want. Francesco and family were very friendly and helpful and were answered to all our questions very quickly. An absolutely lovely week in wonderful house and beautiful surroundings. The area has a lot to offer. There is ample opportunity for nature experiences just around the corner. restaurant and shopping about 3 km. We'd love to come back another time. Our warmest recommendations.

Alfredo and Bridget were remarkable hosts whom provided us with everything we needed. The house is a hidden gem in the nature and it had everything we needed during our stay. We spent 9 days in Carla's amazing home and beautiful surroundings. The home is fully equipped and everything you need is present. The location of the house is indescribably beautiful. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. The pool was clean and tidy, and perfectly met our needs. How we enjoyed this amazing spot. We had the house for two The pool was fantastic and nice to come home to after a day of visiting nice cities in the area (such as Narni, Spoleto, Viterbo, Todi, Bagnoregio). Aleida was super quick and thoughtful. An additional advantage in this lovely house that is super quietly located is the giant closet full of Dutch books. Not to mention the nice breakfast/coffee place next to the kitchen. We enjoyed every second.

Wonderful ! From the place, the house, the amenities to the host, everything is perfect. Marcello is such an amazing host, always available and sharing great advices to enjoy our stay in the region and around. We had amazing time. The place is really located in the middle of the nature and helping to relax. Good to note that Rome is only 1 hour drive and therefore really convenient too. We can only recommend !
