Villa holiday rentals in Province of Rieti

We stayed two families in the house with plenty of room for big and small. the terrace is worth highlighting with its beautiful view. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden at the front of the house with another nice terrace. The kitchen was more than fully equipped-there was everything you could want. Francesco and family were very friendly and helpful and were answered to all our questions very quickly. An absolutely lovely week in wonderful house and beautiful surroundings. The area has a lot to offer. There is ample opportunity for nature experiences just around the corner. restaurant and shopping about 3 km. We'd love to come back another time. Our warmest recommendations.

Perfect stay, we had a great time. 10 minutes from the pine park of Narni Scalo, where we held the two international exhibitions of Narni on Saturday and Sunday; we could not ask for a better place for our 4-legged friends. I regret that we could not fully enjoy the property due to our commitments, but we greatly appreciated the outdoor area where our dogs could run undisturbed and in peace with an excellent fence. Very comfortable kitchen with induction hob, relaxation area both outside and inside. I thank Carmela for her availability and promptness in every situation during these two days. Excellent

This is the most gorgeous villa! Everything about it is absolutely magical. The home and the views are breathtaking. It felt like I was living in an Italian dream. :)

In short, it was the best place we've stayed so far. You feel right at home. Everything was available to spend a whole day there. So, not just a place to sleep. Our kids felt just as comfortable there as we did and the space for the 5 of us was more than enough, which was a huge plus for us. The trip to Rome (about 40 minutes) or to the coast (about 60 minutes) are also worthwhile from there. We were extremely satisfied. Many thanks to Rosa and her husband Pino for the warm welcome and for the opportunity to spend our vacation there.

Nice place, very welcoming and secluded space for parties

We absolutely loved our stay at Casale Sabina Valley. The farmhouse is charming and the private pool gave us many hours of fun with our little ones. The area is so quiet and the views and stars are stunning. Boris could not have been more helpful and responsive before and during our stay. A lovely touch was him digging out a box of toys for the children to play with which they loved. Highly recommend for a homely authentic Italian experience.

A special villa that is not missing anything, the host was very kind and available to every request for help , along with his mother they made me feel right at home and for this I thank them very much. The view from the terrace is wonderful ,the villa is completely surrounded by nature and a 10-minute walk there are all the activities to do on the lake, as well as bars, restaurants, shops and beaches. Truly a nice place, really a fairytale villa, also equipped with a garden for those who travel with their furry friends. Exceptional value for money. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.

spot on for me and my family. we did look for a refugee,not to cold and close to the snow. warm and if you know how to do a fire place there you have the way to do it. thank you Dennis

Perfect place for relaxing vacation with families. Perfect pool, balconys and nature. Almost every bedroom has bathroom so convinient for families. We had great vacation in this Villa!

We were a group of 8 friends and stayed at Livia’s Casale for a week. It was an incredibly peaceful home with everything you could imagine for a wholesome family/friend holiday. We were a but unlucky that there were many mosquitoes, but they provided ys with some incense that repelled them. I would however advice to bring your own body repellent if you go in a warm season!! Would recommend 10/10!!!

We had a family holiday and all of us had a really magical time. We were very lucky to have had wonderful weather, and the views on a sunny day were breathtaking. We have two young kids and they slept very well indeed in the comfy beds. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we really enjoyed having easy access to the wine from the vineyard as it was delicious. Finally, Livia was an amazing host. She did everything she could to meet our needs, including helping us with some shopping on our first day as our flight came in a bit late. Thanks you so much for being so flexible! We will definitely be coming again

We loved our stay at this property - it was perfect for our family of eight (plus a dog). Samanta (our host) was very responsive, attentive and friendly. The property is as pictured and has beautiful outdoor spaces that our teenagers enjoyed. I loved the beautiful countryside and the peace and quiet. Samanta went out of her way to give us helpful tips and places to visit. She also added thoughtful touches to welcome us. We highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful location. Great pool. Gorgeous garden. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Easy home to spend time in. Host was thoughtful, kitchen was stocked with essentials like coffee and salt etc. washing machine and dishwasher were efficient. Host was responsive. The area is very restful. Small shops nearby to purchase essentials. WiFi connectivity was excellent. Not too far from Rome. We had a great stay.

the house was very nice, the only thing is that obviously when we go in winter those comforts that you could use the summer, you do not have them, it is there... however they were really kind. They did not give us an exact time to leave the house. They met us. The house is very large and there is a lot of space, we were 15 people and it seemed like very few people inside the house although it is large, 😊 we had a very good time.

The house was the perfect place for our trip. The home is lovely but the garden, pool and view are what make it truly special. I cannot recommend this Airbnb more highly! The only slight issue was arriving in the dark, the location details were confusing. Claudia was extremely responsive and we found the house eventually but it would be helpful to provide some photos of the correct turning/location. However do not let this put you off, it truly is a magical place to stay!

Spectacular farmhouse, with garden equipped with table tennis table, corner bbq lounge chairs, pool. there were 10 of us and 2 children were wide. common room equipped with a large fireplace and wood-burning oven. a beautiful rustic estate

We spent 9 days in Carla's amazing home and beautiful surroundings. The home is fully equipped and everything you need is present. The location of the house is indescribably beautiful. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. The pool was clean and tidy, and perfectly met our needs. Carla was always reachable via phone and Airbnb messaging for any questions. Through this way I would like to thank Carla for this unforgettable holiday and the nice communication. Alfredo and Bridget were remarkable hosts whom provided us with everything we needed. The house is a hidden gem in the nature and it had everything we needed during our stay. Everything in the house is of high quality. Our stay was very relaxing filled with moments of tranquility. We really enjoyed this place. Again thank you so much for your hospitality.

If you are looking for a very nice, private location, with a large swimming pool, well equipped with equipment, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, home, you have come to the right place. You can hear the birds chirping all day, you can enjoy nature in the garden, a short distance from beautiful nature, walks, but also cities (including Rome, Tivoli, Rieti), etc. then you are in the right place. A downside; once you come you won't want to leave :-)

We had a great two weeks at Grazia’s house. The outdoor space was fantastic, especially the pool area. The pool is great for children all sizes and was maintained throughout our stay. The full size table tennis table was enjoyed by all of us. The house is traditional, but homely and well equipped. The bathrooms work fine but do need upgrading. AC throughout, which was needed as it was very hot. Would recommend for a family if you want a peaceful stay and enjoy lots of time outside.

We were speechless on arrival: what a beautiful and nice house and huge garden, estate, around it. We were kindly received and given clear instructions. We greatly enjoyed with the children and grandchildren and family and the dog. Nice stay, good kitchen and bathrooms and nice beds. lovely and well maintained swimming pool. about 7 minutes drive to the village, where there is a delicious pizza bakery, to pick up pizzas, tip from the owner, address us available in the villa. groceries are easy to do, about 15 minutes drive, at a tigre supermarket. we made nice trips: to Rome, by train, to Rieti, very nice city, and we made a nice walk from the house at sunrise. otherwise enjoyed this beautiful stay with each other. In the evening we all sat in a row, at the top of our mountain, in the garden and enjoyed a beautiful sunset. a magical place for a top holiday! Thank you Enrico and family!
