The house is renovated and has all the amenities, the village is beautiful and the area spectacular, Claudia has been charming from the beginning and has helped us with everything we need, highly recommended

Agostino is a very friendly host. The apartment is in the heart of the historical city. The area is very quet and safe. You can find restaurants very close and a little minimarket close by. With car between 10 minutes, you find several geoceries.

Thanks to Gabriella for hosting us in her beautiful farmhouse. Our two little dogs, who follow us everywhere, were also well received. A short holiday (only two days) in an oasis of peace where you can recover from the daily routine.

Roberta's lovely annexe met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had told her about at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of all kinds of yogurt, milk and fruit juice. In the kitchen, there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, toast, and various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, affable and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, very fragrant towels, shampoo, bubble bath, hair dryer of decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.

I don’t even know where to start on Adele‘s place. If I could give it six ⭐️’s I would. This is a two bedroom one bath two story home basically. I have never stayed at an Airbnb that had so much included food for offer. And I’m not talking about food that previous guests had left. I’m talking about brand new unopened packages of food. All kinds of juices, milk, pasta, pasta sauce, pesto, snacks, eggs, candy, salt, pepper, oil, butter. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for cooking. The place was extremely clean. The bed was comfortable. I simply could not have been happier. I was allowed to check in early and check out late. I would definitely stay there again.

Anna was very responsive in responding to our needs. Truly very kind and flexible on check-in time. The house is in line and consistent with the photos and description.

Hi, We booked Carlo's apartment for 2 nights on the weekend in June. Carlo was immediately very friendly and helpful. He sent clear directions regarding check-in and where to park the cars. The check-out was also very simple thanks to the instructions. The apartment is very spacious, tidy and very clean. Everyone was very satisfied.

Maria Clara's apartment is beautiful and very cozy, we are only one daily, but we want to stay for weeks of so beautiful that it was the landscape and tranquillity of the place. Maria gave us everything and answered my questions very quickly, if I return to this region of Italy for sure I will stay there. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was also extremely clean and organized, we were greeted with a courtesy of coffee and dumplings, which were very good!

Lovely room in a very old building. Great welcome from Enrico and Gianna. Friendly and attentive, they also recommended a great restaurant nearby. Clean and comfortable place in a great location in the historic center of Rieti. I recommend it!

We were warmly welcomed by Maura, and greeted with professionalism remotely by Filippo who was not on site. New apartment in perfect condition, clean and tidy. Maura was very kind and available for any need. We had a great time for the second time. We had already stayed in April of this year. We'll be back again.

Patrizia and Roberto are a wonderful couple, they welcomed us with so much professionalism and courtesy in their beautiful home. The room is really clean and well-stocked, but the real gem of the house is the pool that in the photo does not show how big and deep it is, it is a pity that we enjoyed it so little.

We stayed at Sabina’s for two days and left wondering how are we ever going to top this travel experience. Sabina and her husband are a treasure. The house and its surroundings are just gorgeous.

Room in a building in a residential area, internal bathroom, shared kitchen with other rooms, the city centre and the station can also be reached on foot with a short walk. The host Sergio is very kind and on arrival he offered me fruit from his garden.
