We have spent two fantastic nights in this lovely clean house and enjoyed our stay so much. The views are stunning and the area are wonderful for relaxation with a lot of things to do. Many thanks should go to Mr. Paolo, the owner, who made our stay extremely fantastic with his excellent advices and instructions. You should never leave the area without visiting Forno a legna Orsini ( the best bakery in town) to enjoy the delicious Italian pizza and pastries. Amazing experience

The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

If you are looking for the perfect spot for adults and kids, this villa is your place! My family and I had an amazing stay at Antonia’s villa. We had 3 families, including 5 kids aged 1 to 5. The villa is spacious, lots of room for everyone to spread out. Well equipped for children, including all the amenities you would need for young ones. The pool and lounge area overlook a breathtaking view! The animals were a big hit for the children, along with the fruit trees. Adrian brought a smile every morning bringing us fresh eggs, providing food for the animals (for the kids to feed), attending to the pool and grounds, and making sure we had everything we needed. We had Roberta cook us a 5 course meal one night, and the experience was amazing, authentic fresh Italian food enjoyed by all! Antonia is absolutely lovely, we met with her to purchase some of their olive oil. She made us feel at home and was great to communicate with! We had a dream vacation in Italy thanks to Antonia’s!

Spectacular farmhouse, with garden equipped with table tennis table, corner bbq lounge chairs, pool. there were 10 of us and 2 children were wide. common room equipped with a large fireplace and wood-burning oven. a beautiful rustic estate

Beautiful experience, quiet and peaceful villa. We found a cosy and refurbished cottage, clean and tidy and with all the comforts you need to feel at home. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, as well as the bathroom. The pool was wonderful and refreshing, and we spent two afternoons of total relaxation there, surrounded by greenery and far from the chaos of the city. Friendly and helpful hosts for everything. We will definitely be back! Thanks!

Mary's House (or rather Mary's Villa) was super cosy, comfortable, spacious. We only stayed for one night (unfortunately) we had a great time, large patio, super stocked kitchen, two bathrooms and our cars were a stone's throw from the house. The children had a great time in the outdoor space, with the swing and the large garden. Niccolò was super helpful and kind! If you want to visit the area or relax in peace and quiet with a nice and comfortable pool, I recommend you book with us and you will spend unforgettable moments! Thank you Nicolò!!

The home was so very comfortable and the view was absolutely amazing!

the house was very nice, the only thing is that obviously when we go in winter those comforts that you could use the summer, you do not have them, it is there... however they were really kind. They did not give us an exact time to leave the house. They met us. The house is very large and there is a lot of space, we were 15 people and it seemed like very few people inside the house although it is large, 😊 we had a very good time.

We stayed 3 nights in this fantastic house, really beautiful, well-kept and equipped with all the amenities, the pool, the landscape and the greenery are truly unique, we will definitely come back, highly recommended for those who want to relax and spend beautiful days, also for the distance of the trip we arrived at 3 in the morning and they welcomed us in a wonderful way with 3 equally wonderful croissants. This was such a beautiful stay during my 3 weeks in Italy. I was truly taken with the mountains and beauty of the area. The home is very comfortable and peaceful. Luca and Vanna were helpful for me up on check in. I visited Marmore Fall, the lake and nearby villages. The walk down to the falls is downhill, but you can use the bus. Just check Google maps for the schedule and buy a ticket through the SOLGA app or on the bus with cash. I thought the local people were very friendly, despite me knowing no Italian. I didn't want to leave and really hope to come back to visit!

Friendly and helpful host. Very nice and clean apartment. You have the possibility to park your car in the inner courtyard of the house. Excellent location, the house is 100 meters from the entrance to the Marmore Falls (upper viewpoint).

We were slightly later than expected but Vanessa very kindly waited for us to let us in. The apartment was very clean and perfect for my son and I with everything that we needed The location is great with beautiful views. Vanessa very kindly left us the excellent local olive oil and even provided us with two small bottles to take home. We thoroughly recommend Vanessa’s place to stay.

Very nice apartment, typical, which allows you to move easily to points of interest such as the Marmore waterfalls. We were comfortable with our dogs, we also found bowls for them. There was everything you need for the kitchen and bathroom. Giuseppe also provided us with discount vouchers for both waterfalls and restaurants around the house. Only thing, but that has not created any kind of discomfort for us is that parking is not located near the house, but you have to do a stretch on foot, nothing impractical in any way. I highly recommend staying here!

Great ! Beautiful location

Roberta's lovely annexe met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had told her about at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of all kinds of yogurt, milk and fruit juice. In the kitchen, there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, toast, and various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, affable and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, very fragrant towels, shampoo, bubble bath, hair dryer of decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.
