The location is quiet and panoramic, and ideal for reaching the medieval villages of Lazio and Umbria. There are two outdoor barbecues and two fireplaces inside the house. An orchard with about 50 fruit plants, where you can pick seasonal fruit. There is Wi-Fi and a heating system, 3 Smart TVs and a washing machine in the warehouse

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

Large country house with a large and beautiful swimming pool located on a gentle hill just out of the center of San Gemini (one of the most beautiful Italian small town).
