I highly recommend this place ! Ilaria was a wonderful host ❤️ This was our first stay in Italy 🇮🇹 and we felt well cared for. Ilaria was wonderfully patient when I asked about everything, very good communication between us I🙌🏼❤️'m so glad we came to such a house ! Something about the house : It was wonderful, atmospheric, and we felt great in it ☺️ Very clean and tidy , all the amenities you want, the kitchen is well-equipped, towels available in large quantities, linens and pillows clean and tidy, TV (Netflix and Disney perfect for kids to watch in the evening), toys and a lot of books for children 🧒🏼 My children were delighted with this place 🙌🏼 Washer and dryer for guests. Nice and quiet, atmospheric place. Shops and restaurants are very close. It was lovely to walk around the neighborhood. The most delicious ice cream is a 10-minute walk away, a 👌🏼🤩 parking lot with plenty of parking, beautiful buildings, a playground, and a park right next door.

very nice stay...the accommodation was clean and comfortable...Our host was very welcoming and friendly. Small downside the dishwasher does not wash properly and the fridge is not too cold..... We recommend staying because it's close to Pisa and amenities...

Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

We felt very comfortable with Eleonora and Fabio. We and our children enjoyed the house, the garden and the pool very much and we enjoyed spending a lot of time there. The hosts were incredibly nice and helpful. We hope to have another vacation in this great house, in this pretty, quiet place (car required) at some point. A thousand thanks for everything and all the love for you!!

If you would like an authentic, Tuscan holiday experience, this is the place to go! Beautiful and unique location in lush surroundings. Perhaps Tuscany's most beautiful garden, picturesque with lemon trees and herbs. Great kitchen with all facilities. Dining areas both inside and outside and possibility to barbecue in the outdoor kitchen. Space for many guests. Peaceful and centrally located to many sights in Tuscany. The neighbouring town of Lari is also worth a visit, where, among other things, you will find Italy's oldest pasta factory Martelli, the world's best pistachio ice cream, lovely little restaurants, local butcher, and views of lush olive groves. We were four adults and two youngsters who all had a wonderful time. We recommend ‘Casa del Priore’ highly!

Letizia was already waiting for us at the gate and gave us a warm welcome, she showed us around the house and left a present. Fresh selfmade olive oil and apricot jam! Letizia is a wonderful host and responds very quickly to questions (with W-app). The location is about 10 minutes drive away from the beach and the wonderful inland of Toscane (and lots of restaurants).

We really loved our stay, the beautiful surroundings and the place was even better than the pictures. Alfredo was very responsive and friendly. Would really recommend if you’d like a peaceful stay with close proximity to local Tuscan villages to explore.

Available and helpful hosts, accommodation compliant with listings, a great base to discover the beauty of Tuscan: Siena, Pisa, Florence, Chianti, the coast, everything is accessible for 45-60 min drive.

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

What a charming villa located in a charming town. Everything was perfect for a family of six adults. Lorenzo was thoughtful and friendly. I can’t say enough about the location and view from the apartment. It was easy to rain the countryside and explore. Magical!

My family and I found this accommodation by chance, it was very comfortable as it was close to Pisa Florence and Lucca, places we wanted to visit. Margherita was very kind, it was like feeling at home.

My stay at Barbara's place was wonderful. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The environment is charming and very quiet. Barbara's house has lots of charm. The sunrise from the balcony is a must. Barbara and Marco were very friendly and helpful. I recommend a relaxing stay.

The small apartment, 1 kitchen-living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom is part of a rustic house that accommodates 4 residential units. Photos and descriptions are accurate. The house has everything necessary, kitchen and bathroom have modern amenities. It is located in a fenced area where there are several vacation homes. All share a barbecue area with seating and a great pool. The entire terrain is very nicely laid out, maintained and clean. The approach is via a steep gravel road and is quite adventurous. Due to the secluded location, it is very nice and quiet. Shopping and restaurants are available in the very pretty, medieval Montaione, which is a 10-minute drive away. Large cities such as Florence, Siena but also the small, medieval cities such as San Gimignano and Volterra are easily accessible by car and/or train. Just right for day trips. Hikes are also possible around Montaione and the surrounding area.

A great stay in a functional and charming cottage! Bibbona is a welcoming small town and allows you to shine in Tuscany. It's true that the shower can be a delicate and energized moment, especially with children because of the risk of slipping 😬 Despite everything, great value for money!

We loved our stay in Volterra. If anything, we wished we had booked a longer stay. The Airbnb was wonderful. It’s on three floors as described, so be ready for the stairs. Don’t worry… they’ll get you ready for the climbs around Volterra. Otherwise, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s spacious and has all of the needed amenities. Volterra is a walkable city, and this spot allowed us to get to everything with ease. It’s on a quiet street, but still close to everything. Perfect. As a traveler’s note, if you take the bus into town, take it all the way to the end of the line. We got off at the earlier spot to save us some walking, but that earlier stop was not a good one! Trust me.

Sassetta is a very nicely located, romantic village in Tuscany. Located in the countryside and is very quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Everything you need is provided (dishes, kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washing machine). The host is always available and very hospitable. We felt very well taken care of, we liked the private beach section with the botanical garden, which you can use. Highly recommended.

The home is exactly as in the pictures. Although somewhat dated (which was no surprise) everything worked well. We stayed here for two weeks and got halfway bags full of clean towels and bedding. Once, the host stood at the door with a basket full of homegrown tomatoes, courgettes and a watermelon. We ate delicious of that. Pool is large and was serviced every morning. The accommodation is easy to find. The somewhat larger supermarket is 20 minutes away. A fantastic restaurant is 2 km away. Didn't have much trouble with mosquitoes. Thank you! We had a lovely stay!

We had a very nice vacation at Claudia's place. The house and pool are actually much nicer than the pictures show. There is enough space and the garden and pool are opaque. There is a dog who screams something in the evening, which has rather led to amusement with us. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful house in the vines surrounded by sumptuous hillsides in an incredible postcard setting. Perfect for gatherings for families or with friends. The location is ideal to radiate between Siena, Florence and Chianti or resting while enjoying the pool. Elisa, always attentive, is very responsive and will respond almost without delay.

Beautiful! Location is remote and peaceful and just gorgeous. The villa was large and airy and perfect for two families with a total of 9 people. It is remote and just a note to take your trash with you every day so you don’t have a bunch at the end. It was really gorgeous and exactly as pictured. Maria was a wonderful host and gave us tons of great local recommendations and was so responsive and flexible with check in. The views from the villa are just too beautiful to describe. It was fabulous!

Typical Italian House, very large with large bedrooms and equally large toilets. Being a typical Italian house, old though with good structure, it remembers those very large mansions... decor is felt in another time! Quiet place. Host is 5 stars, always responds promptly with solutions. The possibility to hire Lunch or Dinner service for some special event, in my case, a birthday that was a magical evening, with typical Tuscan dinner very well prepared, decorated, tasty with live music (jazz).

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

Casa Gello is a fantastic holiday home. It is beautifully situated in the hills overlooking the surrounding valleys, with a great view of San Gimignano. Walks or just chilling; everything is possible. Certaldo & Castelfiorentino with shopping options and supermarkets is not far; There are numerous restaurants - from pizza to traditional Tuscan dishes. Excursions to the surrounding cities, for example Siena, San Gimignano, Florence, Volterra, Pisa etc. are no problem by car or using the local train station in Certaldo with easy parking facilities. The landlord Monica is very nice and gave me plenty of information beforehand and during the stay. The house is a clear recommendation if you like to experience the true Tuscan holiday feeling.
