Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Province of Perugia

La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli ed è veramente splendida in ogni suo aspetto! Non c'è dettaglio che non sia pensato, è una sistemazione davvero perfetta per tre persone. All'interno del salotto è presente anche la televisione, che non era indicata tra i servizi. Il camino, il biliardo, la vista sulla vallata hanno reso il nostro soggiorno unico. Speriamo di poter tornare al più presto.

Avete bisogno di staccare la testa dalla vita frenetica e avete bisogno di relax? L’alloiggio di Alessandro fa al caso vostro, una casetta piccola immersa nel verde con un paesaggio mozzafiato, gli unici rumori che sentirete saranno quelli della natura che vi circonda, Alessando è stato un host eccezzionale simpatico sorridente che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Ci abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore…

What a beautiful place. So tranquil. Despite other guests being in the other houses dotted around the same garden we never bumped in to them - it felt private and intimate. The garden is so beautiful, well looked after with good views down the valley. The house is cool and quiet, felt rustic and authentic but not dated or dusty, it managed to strike that balance really well. Lorenzo was super helpful and responsive, always quick to let us know about the place and had loads to recommend in the area. And Alba, the matriarch of this oasis, was just the sweetest and warmest person ever. So friendly and welcoming. She gave us both a big hug when we got there and I only wish I spoke some Italian to be able to thank her for everything. She brought us loads of delicious baked goods and just seemed so happy to have us there. Overall a really wonderful and memorable trip. The only regret is not booking one week later! The day we left the pool opened for the summer. We'll just have to come back!

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Sono stati 3 giorni fantastici, siamo riusciti anche ad accendere la brace. Nonostante il meteo non fosse granché la casa era super confortevole e ne abbiamo approfittato per riposarci nel totale silenzio e tranquillità. Irene è stata preziosa nei consigli e ci ha saputo fornire le precise indicazioni per raggiungere la casa. Geta super accogliente con noi.

Un piccolo e splendido angolo di paradiso immerso nella campagna umbra. Rina è suo figlio sono stati super accoglienti e disponibili per fornirci tutti i comfort possibili durante il soggiorno. In più l’appartamento è una chicca, arredato con gusto e in posizione strategica per girare nelle località attorno come Spoleto, Gubbio, Todi, Assisi ecc. grazie ancora a Rina e alla sua famiglia per questo soggiorno.

Het verblijf 'Casa Elisa' was beter dan we hadden verwacht. Het is een groot huis met zelfs een kelder met sauna. Het zwembad in de tuin (met buitendouche en toilet) en het huis zelf waren brandschoon. Er was geen stofje of spinnenweb te ontdekken (zelfs niet achter een kast die wij verschoven om bij een stopcontact te kunnen). Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon was adembenemend en de omgeving was fantastisch. Je bent zo in plaatsjes zoals Siena, Arezzo, Perugia en er is vlakbij ook een groot meer waar wij een dag een bootje hebben gehuurd (aanrader). Kortom, we kunnen het iedereen aanraden om bij Lorenzo te boeken. De communicatie met Lorenzo was ook uitstekend, goed te bereiken via app en spreekt goed Engels. Zijn vader komt elke dag even het zwembad checken en schoonmaken en zijn moederdag heel lief een heerlijke taart gebakken.

Wir Waren zwar nur auf der Durchreise und haben eine Schlafmöglichkeit gebraucht, war aber nichtsdestotrotz ein schöner Aufenthalt. Kleines, süßes Zimmer, sauber und gemütlich. Ruhige Umgebung, Parkplatzmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich. Hat uns gut gefallen.

Marco's apartment is a great base for exploring the rest of Umbria. So many beautiful towns nearby: Bevagna, Trevi, Todi, Spello, Spoleto, Assisi... The photos really don't do the apartment justice. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels for our 2 week stay. The bathroom is enormous! We enjoyed having cocktails on the front terrace and watching the sunset. The apartment was very easy to find. Marco's family were all very nice and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Fue una estadía hermosa, la casa muy tranquila, se escuchan los pajaritos y muy atenta Ángela siempre a nuestras necesidades. Volveríamos sin duda!! Muchas gracias ❤️

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

È stato un soggiorno breve, di 2 notti, però la casa è pulita e confortevole con tutto ciò che può servire, dalle attrezzature della cucina alla lavatrice per un veloce lavaggio. Facile e veloce arrivare nel centro della città, ottima posizione. Quindi grazie

La ubicació de la casa es absolutament fabulosa, al bell mig dels turons que envolten Todi, amb unes vistes esplèndides. L’apartament on ens vam allotjar és el núm 1, un dels 4 que l’anfitriona lloga dins de la seva propietat. L’espai interior està ben moblat i té tots els estris i comoditats necessàris per passar-hi dies. També té una terrassa privada encantadora per poder sopar a la fresca. Tot el conjunt de la casa està pensat per a la comoditat dels hostes, amb zona de barbacoa i chillout sota un porxo, un jardí molt ben cuidat, i una piscina ideal per banyar-s’hi després de voltar pels lloc d’interès propers un dia calorós d’estiu. Valoro molt especialment el projecte de paisatgisme que enllaça tots els espais exteriors de la casa amb l’entorn natural on està ubicada. La Christiane i la seva filla van ser molt afables i atentes. Hem passat molt bons dies i hi tornarem segur!

Om het complex ligt een prachtige tuin met zwembad. Ons terras bij het appartement had een heel mooi uitzicht over de vallei. Het appartement is schoon en leuk ingericht. We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad.

I had the great pleasure to stay at Francesco's place during the international journalism festival along with 5 additional colleagues. We enjoyed our stay in the large two floor flat, which also has two (!) private terraces (great for meetings) and extremely beautiful view. We had great weather and spent most the time in awe of the scenery. It gives the feeling you are in countryside, despite being just a minute by foot away from the absolute centre of the beautiful old city centre of Perugia. For us it was the perfect place to get some peace and quiet and gather some energy in between of the sessions of the festival. Francesco was very friendly and is a great host, communication was easy and uncomplicated. 100% would book again!

The Airbnb was very beautiful and well maintained and exceeded my expectations. The area was very convenient and nice. The communication with the host went very smoothly, he was very friendly. I definitely recommend the place.

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Carla est une hôte formidable. Elle est très réactive et particulièrement serviable elle nous a énormément aidés quand nous avons eu un problème de crevaison à notre voiture. l'appartement est très bien situé, grand avec une vue magnifique. Nous recommandons.

Simona's place was spotlessly clean and charming, with thoughtfully curated furnishings and an incredible view overlooking the surrounding countryside. We loved everything about it. It is convenient for exploring most of the city on foot, yet far enough away from the action that it's a peaceful respite. We didn't take the bus, but there is a bus is stop within 20 meters or so from the front door. Communication and support were excellent. We'd happily stay again.

L'appartamento di Lucio è come nelle foto. Inserito nel contesto di una villa liberty di inizio '900. Spazioso , ben arredato, con una vista bellissima su Assisi, con uno spazio esterno molto curato che ci è tornato molto utile avendo un cane. Volendo immediatamente sulla strada c'è la fermata della navetta che porta ad Assisi e i biglietti sono acquistabili nel tabacchi accanto alla fermata (comodissimo). Abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di conoscere i genitori di Lucio, due persone dolcissime.

We were so lucky to be able to stay at Al Belvedere for a week! The apt is really lovely and the terrace is amazing. The views from the terrace and apt are incredible. Manuela met us and gave us great advice on what to do in the area and Spello. Truly magical place to stay in Umbria.

Molto soddisfatto. Anche se solo per una notte l'appartamento mi è piaciuto parecchio sia come posizione che come struttura.

Federica and Roberto welcomed us like old friends, and very kindly fetched us from the train station. After getting us settled and showing us around the (beautifully designed and spotless) Airbnb, which is far more impressive in person than in the photos, they took us for a stroll in the historical center of town, just steps away. They even treated us to delicious coffee and pastries at one of the oldest (if not the oldest?) “bars” in Italy. They proudly pointed out places we should absolutely visit, (which we did), like the National Gallery, and shared some interesting and quirky historical facts. Perugia captured our hearts, as did our hosts. It was a true highlight of our vacation in Rome, Umbria and Tuscany. We give Federica and Roberto’s apartment and hospitality our highest recommendation!
