We loved it! So close to the beach and in a very peaceful location. Easy to get to local shops with local products and… for me that I like to run was a paradise along the coast.

Nicely renovated Lerici home overlooking city. 4 bedrooms is hard to find although 4th bedroom is up circular staircase and doesn’t have door but still a nice little retreat away. Responsive host. Clean with all amenities. Air conditioning is not in bedrooms but in central areas. Just don’t run the a/c and oven or dishwasher at the same time… it is Italy afterall. Rare to find parking included so a big plus but careful crossing the street. Would stay again!

Cinque terre is one of the many beautiful Italian fields, absolutely worth a visit. Dogs are a little difficult to get around, as the five small villages are hard to get to by car, but the train runs often and accurately, and it's super clean. Dogs can be transported with a small surcharge and a muzzle. It is a good idea to start your excursions in Levanto instead of La Spezia, where parking is easier, the distance from Riccardo's house is roughly the same. The air conditioning will definitely be resolved by the owner soon. Unfortunately, there is no pool, but the houses where they are are much more expensive. Riccardo, his wife, sister, and brother-in-law are both nice people, it's important to them that the guest has a good time. Beautiful, wild garden, well-equipped house.

Our occasion was a bike vacation in the area around Naomi's Airbnb. We were 9 adults and had enough space for everyone. The property is great, the amenities, especially in the kitchen, left nothing to be desired. But for us, the pool was the highlight. There was nothing better for us than relaxing after a long bike ride in the pool. We also liked Fivizzano, where there are some authentic restaurants that can be reached via a short "hiking trail". However, the small downside is the journey to the accommodation. Since the roads are very narrow and angled, we had great problems with our van (to transport our bikes). Only with countless maneuvers we made it to the property. Arriving by car - no problems. Nevertheless, we would book the accommodation again immediately! Clear recommendation!

We had a wonderful stay at the "Ai Colli" villa in La Spezia! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The owner was extremely kind and available to help us with any information or requests we had. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring La Spezia and the Cinque Terre. We found all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. In general, our experience at Villa "Ai Colli" was exceptional. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting La Spezia and looking for a comfortable accommodation, well located and with quality services. We will definitely be back!

Very nice house located in a quiet area. There were 12 of us including 5 children and 2 teenagers and everyone enjoyed the beautiful pool and garden. There was a playroom for the kids. Claudio was very available and kind when we had any questions. Thanks to him also for his advice

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

We had a beautiful weekend in 10 friends, also thanks to Francesco who hosted us in his beautiful home, impeccable host who left us all the privacy of the case never intrusive and in fact super kind and helpful Beautiful and spacious house, clean and original, large garden and a super pool where we spent an afternoon relaxing and then going to have fun in the clubs in the area (perfect location!) Too bad we only spent two days!

Great location with a great view.

Diletta was a great host. We sometimes had a bit of difficulty understanding the translated instructions from Italian to English. But she was always responding instantly with any questions we had. We loved her place! The most wonderful ambience, with fantastic views, and a very energetic climb up many stairs to arrive at a beautiful apartment.

A beautiful old house that is not yet completely renovated. The house exudes a great charm, even if the internet and electricity are not quite stable. We felt very comfortable!!

Great, spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. Ideal for families with children. There were six of us, it has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We did not use the guest house. There are 3 parking spaces in the area. Amenities were good and the house was clean👍🏻. We would definitely book this house again.

We stayed as a family in the beautiful house in a great location on the mountain with breathtaking views. We loved the layout of the house, the garden, the pool and the various terraces. The decor in the house was a good fit for the style of the house, the equipment of the rooms and kitchen was very good. The path to the house is very steep and curvy, after a few days we were practiced up and down. Communication with Ian and on site with his mother was very friendly, helpful and straightforward. We enjoyed the stay very much, at any time we will be happy to come back to the house.

We had a super relaxing time in Carrara. Many thanks to Barbara and Simona - You were great hosts. The house is wonderfully quiet, the pool invites you to swim - the best conditions to really unwind and relax. The pool is so big that we adults could swim comfortably. In the village, there are various beaches. We drove about 20 minutes by car and were able to park for free. But there were also closer sections of the beach. Unfortunately, it was very hot in our vacation week, so we couldn't explore so much on foot. The pool was the perfect way to cool off for us. In the house, we had several fans available, which were especially important at night. Thanks Simona and Barbara for this great time. The two were always easily accessible and very friendly and personable. Rest and privacy are very important to us on vacation - both are wonderfully provided in this home.

sanda's house is really interesting with ample space and very comfortable. the house is dated, but it contains very nice vintage elements. There's nothing missing, and the pool and outdoor space are great. Sanda was very kind and helpful.

Angelina and her family's place was a dream to be in. We felt at home. Angelina was like a grandmother to feel comfortable with. She was so friendly and had welcomed us earlier than planned and we enjoyed the garden and pool. The place was very clean and had everything needed in terms of amenities. We were able to start with cooking and enjoying in every way without any problem. We especially enjoyed the privacy that Angelina had given you. It was really pleasant. The kids had a lot of fun in the wonderfully maintained garden and pool. The pool was a big highlight. There were also plenty of opportunities for seating and lounging areas that could be used freely selectably. We thank Angelina very much for your kindness and communication skills. The area was very quiet, we loved it. We will be happy to come back. Many thanks to Angelina We already miss staying there.

Franco is a super great host, the welcome and farewell were very personal and warm. Franco has very good tips and is always helpful. The location of the house is magnificent between many olive trees, quietly located with a fantastic view over the Magra Valley to the sea, simply priceless. The location of the house is great, right next to the beautiful picturesque old village of Castelnuovo Magra. The sea is only about 15min away, the quarries of Carrara are also nearby (highly recommended), Pisa and Florence as well as Cinque Terre are also in the area. It was a great vacation, thank you Franco.

wonderful villa with a very impressive panoramic view over the surrounding hills with the beautiful peaks of Alpi apuane in the background. the house and surrounding terrain is big, plenty of space. lots of birds singing around the house. we did a lot of hiking around in Lunigiana which feels a bit like a well-kept secret (beautiful but not many tourists). we liked Fivizzano, but basically every little village is quite pretty here.

The pictures do not do this location justice! The view from the outdoor table, pool, and many balconies is unbelievable. The house is nestled in a very quiet, secluded spot and is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable. Marius is the most helpful, responsive host, helping us with any questions we had and providing excellent local recommendations. We didn’t want to leave!
