Great experience, Iam very satisfied. The environment is clean, tidy and organized with care. The area is very quiet and great for getting around both downtown and the station(in case you want to take the 5 Terre tour). Yulia is available and easily reachable. I am very satisfied,I recommend!

Getting there is very good near the pedestrian by stairs and very close to the train station. The surroundings are very quiet and definitely a good place to stop. The bed was comfortable and they send you very clear instructions to make the Independent check-in and check-out. The only thing that the parking in Spezia is a little complicated in case they go by car ... beautiful place and highly recommended!

Nice place in a quiet location. Clean, well maintained complex with parking. The operators of the small gastronomy business on the premises are really very nice and tangible at all times in case you need anything. We felt comfortable right away!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic stay at Giorgio’s Airbnb! He was an incredibly friendly and communicative host, making check-in smooth and effortless. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and had excellent amenities that made our stay comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—just a 2-minute walk from both the train station and the beach, making it perfect for exploring the area. Giorgio also provided great recommendations, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Had a great time in Cinque Terre, Riomaggiore! Even though we only stayed 2 nights and 1 day, Paolo Scorci Di Mare gave us super good advice on how we were able to visit as much as possible in the end. We were all able to carry out the route description and viewings he recommended to us. The room was also very clean, you are very close to the train station (perfect for interrailers) the view of the room is beautiful and you are close to the center of Riomaggiore. In addition, we were also very grateful for the air conditioning.

We were looking for a place to stay by the sea for a few days and were not disappointed. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, the air conditioning worked great and the beds were comfortable. It was also very good that we had our own parking space on the premises. The owners were very nice and helpful, but hardly speak English, which was no problem for us.

We had a lovely stay together with our 8 month old baby. It was extremely nice that we could have delicious breakfast and dinner at the location, Antonio is an extraordinary cook, so we ate deliciously over and over again. The scenery and view were beautiful. Antonio had very good tips for activities in the area that were also very possible with a baby. When we want to go back to Tuscany, we will definitely come back!

I stayed 6 days in this wonderful place, upon arrival Marco made me feel at home, always available and present. The apartment tastefully furnished, clean and with all comforts, leaving the property a stone's throw from the beach. A relaxing place. Recommended.

Great stay! Would recommend for long visits! We stayed a month. Great access to beach and nearby villages.
