Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Province of Massa and Carrara

Nous avons passés 4 jours en famille dans la maison de Rafaella. C'est sa fille, Chiara qui a été en contact avec nous avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Chiara a été extraordinairement gentille et attentionnée. Elle nous a patiemment guidé dans notre périple pour que nous puissions profiter des beautés de la Toscane. Attentive et réactive, Chiara a été bien plus qu'un simple contact, elle a illuminé notre séjour et c'est en grande partie grâce à elle s'il a été si agréable. Les villageois sont charmants et polis et vous pourrez vous dépanner de quelques denrées dans l'épicerie du village (tenue par un cousin de Rafaella) La seule difficulté à laquelle nous avons été confrontée et la barrière de la langue. Mais avec un peu de français un peu d'espagnol, quelques mots d'italien et les gestes, on arrive quand-même à se faire comprendre. La Casa di Bruna est idéalement située pour différentes excursions (Cinq Terres, Pise, La Spezia...etc) Nous vous recommandons cette location. Chris

Die Woche bei Severino und Enrica war sehr erholsame für uns. Das Haus ist abgelegen und von Wald umgeben. Die Atmosphäre muss man erleben, es ist einfach einzigartig. Wir waren einfach nur glücklich Zeit im Haus und draußen im riesigen Garten zu verbringen. Es ist mit so viel Liebe gemacht und selbst von Severino erbaut und das merkt man durchweg. Man benötigt jedoch unbedingt ein Auto. Sonst zögert nicht es zu buchen. Es lohnt sich. Severino und Enrica sind herzensgute Menschen und wir sind sehr dankbar sie kennengelernt zu haben. Die beiden haben uns mit ihrer Herzlichkeit Und Authentizität verzaubert. Grazie di tutti Amici! maik+regina

Unser Familienurlaub (4 Personen) an diesem Ort war ein absoluter Traum und in Wirklichkeit noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Fotos. Das gesamte Anwesen ist makellos sauber und strahlt eine wunderbare, friedliche Atmosphäre aus. Für unsere Kinder und uns war der Pool vor der atemberaubenden Bergkulisse das tägliche Highlight – ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und gleichzeitig aktiv zu sein. Wir haben die Gegend auf mehreren wunderschönen Wandertouren erkundet. Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Gastgeber: Chris und Joanna sind unglaublich warmherzig und hilfsbereit. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist außergewöhnlich. Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Massimo ist ein freundlicher und herzlicher Gastgeber. Sein Haus ist wunderschön und mit alles was man braucht ausgestattet. Wir hatten sehr schöne und entspannte Zeit. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Danke Massimo.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage auf einem kleinen Berg. Es war perfekt zum abschalten und einfach das Leben zu genießen. Mattia ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und war immer zu erreichen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Quel beau séjour nous avons eu. L’endroit était merveilleux. De beaux jardins fleuris, une vue époustouflante sur la mer. il y avait deux cuisines très fonctionnelles dont une extérieure très pratique pour assister aux coucher de soleil. Le quartier était paisible. Nous avons enfin pu décrocher et se reposer. Non loin d’un petit village Lerici. Selon nous encore mieux que Cinque Terre. Ne cherchez pas ailleurs! Si vous souhaitez vous reposer dans un endroit paradisiaque entre amoureux, ce fut un vrai coup de cœur!! Nous reviendrons certainement!! C’est la première fois que nous trouvons que l’endroit est encore mieux que sur les photos!! Merci à nos hôtes qui nous ont assistés tout au long de notre séjour.

Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux chez Maria Grazia ! Le logement est magnifique et la vue éblouissante. C'est très paisible et on y dort très bien. Maria Grazia est très à l'écoute et réactive. Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis. Le jardin est agréable pour tout le monde, y compris notre chien. Le four à pizza extérieur nous a beaucoup plu ! La situation est à la fois calme et proche de Lerici à pieds. Lerici et les villages environnants n'ont rien à envier aux cinque terres car ils sont magnifiques et loin de la foule ;) Nous recommandons totalement ce logement.

We loved Luca’s place. It’s a spacious apartment with an amazing view on the sea. And we loved Corniglia, it’s the most quiet place in Cinque Terre and is perfectly located to go hiking around. It also has what we thought was the best rocky spot for bathing and swimming (and it’s just a few steps from the apartment!). Luca is a nice host and has given us great recommendations (the bar/restaurant on the way to the sea is a must!). We are still dreaming about our week there…will definitely come back!

The place is beautiful and much better than photos! There is so much space in the villa. It’s beautifully decorated, has everything you need for your stay. The surroundings are fab! The idea of shared spaces is very nice. While its up in the mountains, we didnt find it difficult getting out and about everyday. But you have to have your own transport (would not recommend without a car/bike) It was easy to park. Easy to get in and with hosts being there everyday we felt like if we needed something we could always ask. Its a very grand stay and we would definitely be looking to return. Shower room is modern along with modern kitchen, and the bedrooms with living space while having old style features are practical and well thought out. Us and our pets had a lovely time at the villa 💛

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Matteo und seiner Familie sehr genossen. Alle waren sehr freundlich und immer Hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation mit Matteo war super unkompliziert und er hat immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir durften sogar den Honig von seinen Bienen und die Zitronen aus seinem Garten probieren. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, groß und geräumig und uns hat es nichts gefehlt. Die Terrasse und das Barbecue Eck sind toll! Unsere kleine Tochter wird die Katzen sehr vermissen. Auch den Poolbereich haben wir sehr genossen. Von dort aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht. Wir würden uns freuen, bald wieder Urlaub bei Matteo und seiner Familie zu machen.

This Airbnb is beautifully located in the Tuscan mountains, with an incredible view from the beautiful garden. The apartment was perfectly clean and very spacious, and furnished in a classic Italian style. The kitchen had all amenities needed, and even some supplies for our first breakfast! Lucia was very kind and super flexible with our late arrival, gave great tips for the area - all in all, the perfect hostess. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Man öffnet das Tor zum Grundstück und denkt man ist im Paradies gelandet. Wir haben traumhafte zwei Wochen in diesem Traumhaus verbracht. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht und das Dorf sind der Wahnsinn. Der Pool ist riesig und alles war top gepflegt. Valentina & Jacopo sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber mit tollen Tipps, die sich sehr um ihre Gäste bemühen. Sie kamen öfters vorbei und haben den Pool gereinigt , Rasen gemäht usw. . Das Haus ist super schön eingerichtet und man fühlt sich dort pudelwohl. Das einzige was ich noch toll gefunden hätte, wären Fliegengitter, damit man Nachts die Fenster öffnen kann ohne zerstochen zu werden, aber das ist echt schon alles . Also jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau ;). Das Dorf Monte Marcello ist super schön und idyllisch gelegen, mit einer tollen Aussicht . Wir haben von dort aus Ausflüge nach Pisa, Florenz, Lerici, La Spezia, die Cinque Terre usw. unternommen. Um es auf den Punkt zu bringen : Es war ein Traum!!!

Excellent logement a proximité de tout a pied. La gare est à moins de 5 mn. idéal pour les visites de villages. Fabio a pris beaucoup de temps pour nous donner les conseils afin de découvrir la région

Manfredo e Nilla sono molto gentili e disponibili. Su richiesta, vi daranno i migliori consigli su ristoranti e viaggi. Sono anche molto disponibili. Il giardino è semplicemente un sogno e anche l'appartamento è molto bello. La piscina è pulitissima. Torneremo! Cordiali saluti.

Je crois que c’est le meilleur logement Airbnb que j ai fait de toute ma vie ! Tellement agréable de rentrer dans ce logement propre , bien rangé, avec une vue somptueuse du balcon sur la nature ! Les merveilleuses attentions dans le logement ! La literie au top! La douche incroyable, eau chaude parfaite avec décoration en pierre ! Je recommande ce logement à tous pour visiter les 5 terres ! À 20 minutes de la spezia :-) Monica et Luca des hôtes exceptionnels gentils souriants !! À bientôt j espère !! Allez y les yeux fermés !!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, optimal für ein Paar oder Familie mit einem Baby. Ruhig gelegen- man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto! Sehr gute Pizzeria und ein gutes Fischrestaurant sind aber fussläufig zu erreichen. Ansonsten mit dem Auto viele Ausflugsziele in der insgesamt schönen Umgebung von La Spezia! Die Gastgeber sind sehr nette und herzliche Leute und wohnen auch auf dem Grundstück.

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

wonderful villa with a very impressive panoramic view over the surrounding hills with the beautiful peaks of Alpi apuane in the background. the house and surrounding terrain is big, plenty of space. lots of birds singing around the house. we did a lot of hiking around in Lunigiana which feels a bit like a well-kept secret (beautiful but not many tourists). we liked Fivizzano, but basically every little village is quite pretty here.

Zona leggermente fuori città, perfetta per chi ama stare in mezzo alla natura ed ottima se ci si vuole muovere da Viareggio alle 5 terre! Alloggio al piano terra e parte di una casa familiare, con giardino stupendo (ci siamo fatti anche una grigliata vista l'attrezzatura presente) con vista su orto splendido, il quale si affaccia su torrente che porta aria fresca e suono di acqua corrente. Ci ha accolti Marco, super gentile e disponibile per tutti i dubbi e richieste di consigli. Se torneremo in zona, sappiamo dove alloggiare 💪

This Villa was by far the best Airbnb we stayed in as part of our family vacation to Italy. We are a group of 9, including 1 baby and 2 small children, and the Villa was perfect for our stay. The grandchildren enjoyed swimming in the pool and the patio was perfect for our Chef prepared dinner. Thomas and Enrico were amazing hosts and super responsive to any questions. The Villa is walkable to the Towne Center, train station, and grocery store. We HIGHLY recommend the Villa and hope to be able to return someday.

We had a great time in Giampis house. Beautiful garden with a nice swimming pool, and we especially liked the kitchen outside in the upper house, which we could use also when it was raining. Great surroundings, great view, walking distance to shops and good restaurants in the small, peaceful town La Gracie and 15 min walks to the more touristic, but beautiful Portovenere. A great base for tours in Cinque Terre, with ferry from Portovenere or bus into La Spezia and train from there. We came without car, no problem at all to get around. Giampaolo is very friendly and helpful and gave us good advices where to eat and to do our shopping, and how to get around. We will absolutely recommend Giampaolos place, either for a relaxing or for a sportive vacation, or even better, both!
