The location next to the train station is ideal for visiting the Cinque Terre as well as for visiting La Spezia on foot. The apartment is ultra clean and the terrace is the real star of this accommodation. What a pleasure to eat out morning, noon and evening. Thanks to Carla and her husband who helped with our suitcases and strollers on arrival and departure to the station.

Luca's apartment is very well located, less than 10 min walk from the train station while being in a nice area near the pedestrian street. Luca is very responsive to messages and accommodating. The apartment is nice. The mattress in the large bedroom is quite firm. The ones in the small bedroom and sofa are perfect. The lounge area is small but we were never there during the day. Great for enjoying the Cinque Terre!

We liked it very much and everything was good. Slept well. Everything was within walking distance. Very modern and smart house. From my own experience with many Airbnbs I have booked, I recommend Deborah leave some spices like salt, pepper and etc. and some detergent for the dishes for a few days as an emergency. Living room well equipped. But what would also be good is a coffee table in front of the sofa, where it is very usable. Otherwise, everything is okay and tip top like the pictures. This was the perfect location in Cinque Terre for our family! The views from the balcony were incredible! We watched the sunset and enjoyed wine and snacks every night. Monica and Andrea were amazing and helpful with suggestions of things to do, places to eat, and helping us navigate our way to the apartment from the train station. Would definitely stay here again! Riomaggiore is the best place to stay in all of Cinque Terre in our opinion.

I'll start by saying that Fatjon and Anjeza are two really kind and courteous hosts courteous, very responsive in answering with quick times. The apartment is on the second floor without a lift and is truly equipped with every comfort. The towels were super soft and very comfortable and the cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, everything extremely clean and tidy. We stayed in the apartment, 4 adults and 1 child of 18 months, and we felt at home. Really, congratulations, if I ever return to the area, we know where to stay.

Paola was an excellent host for our time in Cinque Terre. Highly recommend staying in Riomaggiore as the town is small enough not to feel busy and touristy but close to the other 4 towns by train. Paola was very helpful in purchasing the Cinque Terre tourist card which provides train and trekking passes. The accom was exactly as described and Paola helped us check in easily.

Giulia is an impeccable host. Very helpful and full of advice. Her home is extremely welcoming. It has an outdoor environment where you can eat and cook. The services fully meet the needs of two couples. Everything is very comfortable. There are two supermarkets nearby. With bus no. 3 or by train you can easily reach the central station from which you can reach the Cinque Terre.

Such a beautiful spot to stay. It’s perfectly located to walk to water or visit the local restaurants. The place is so adorable and has such a great view relaxing on the patio is the place to be. I would absolutely recommend this place 10/10

Luca's place helped us relax and refresh in the middle of our two week trip. we were able to wash our clothes and take a shower in a larger than the mini showers we were using in other places along the way. Luca is extremely helpful and responsive. I want to thank you very much for the great place Luca!

this is a great place to stay if you are looking to explore the area, we took the train to Cinque Terre and it was so close and easy! the apartment is clean and has everything you might need to make a meal, do some laundry or relax after a big day of exploring! Dario was great to meet and gave us good advice on how to get around. The patio is also lovely.

Incredible hosts. I had to cancel my stay after 1 night for personal reasons and Christiana was so gracious and helpful, even giving us her contact info in case we needed more help later. The place is small but extremely clean and functional with all basic necessities provided and everything you need. Bed is extremely comfy. Location is right in the middle of town with an amazing viewpoint a 1 min walk away. Only one flight of stairs to get in. No view as the listing states but if you will be out exploring a lot this would 100% be the best place for a home base. Incredible value for money since in addition to the affordable price Christiana can get you discounted train and trekking cards, offers a discount at her restaurant, and the included breakfast is generous and delicious! We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent location to leave the car and explore Cinque Terre. 5 min walk to train, 6 min walk to large grocery store. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the patio listening to the birds. Ground floor so no stairs. Place is a bit dated but functional.

A super nice stay in Malgrate. The apartment and garden were sparkling clean and exactly as described. Great and well-maintained pool with a view. Alessandro was a great host - very friendly and not intrusive.

The house is truly wonderful, with attention to detail and a unique style that makes it memorable. Joke, who takes care of the check-in, was very kind and helpful, although the procedure was a bit long and requires a little patience. The rooms are a bit dark, and there is an area that looks more like a storage room than a space well integrated with the rest of the accommodation - a small detachment in an otherwise very well-kept context. Apart from that, everything is wonderful: welcoming environments, relaxing atmosphere and great attention to detail. The price is high, in line with the average in the area, considering the style and quality of the experience.

Nice place as a base to explore the area. Beautiful hill-like area. Village of Pietresantra surprisingly nice! Beds a little softer than we like ourselves and the approach route with a low car was challenging, but otherwise a nice apartment!! Good communication with Fulvia.

We had some great days there. Breakfast and dinner at Casa Turchetti were great! The place is worth a trip to enjoy a few days of relaxation and tranquility. Always happy to come back!

We spent 5 nights at Assunta's. The house immerses you directly in the Italian atmosphere it is very atypical and pleasant. We were 5 adults and 2 babies aged 1 and 2 and were very comfortable in this large house. Assunta and her son are available and very responsive. The train station is only 7min drive (free parking) to get to the spezia central station then 15 min by train to the Cinque Terre which is great and fast. Regarding the equipment of the house, it would just be missing a sofa and a microwave otherwise it is very well-equipped. i thank Assunta and her son for this beautiful stay.

Cozy apartment with great terrace and pool from which you have a wonderful view of nature and the sea. The road to the apartment is adventurous, but passable. For this, the area is very quiet and nature is around the apartment. The hosts were super friendly and always available. I would definitely spend a second vacation here too!

We loved everything there! Ivana, Alan and the people in the village were just welcoming and open minded. We slept in the comfortable apartment on the ground floor. The apartement contains everything you need, has several sleeping arrangements and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. All was clean and comfortable. The view up to the castle is calming and a good reason for a short walk. Ivana knows a lot about the area, the history of Lunigiana and answers all your questions gladly. Breakfast and dinner is local, handmade and really tasty in a cosy atmospere. If you are looking for a place to calm down, feel welcome and enjoy nature its a perfect place we can fully recommed (dogs are also welcome).
