I didn't stay in person but from my colleagues: Giulia was very kind, the apartment is delicious and well cleaned. We will definitely be back!

The hosts are lovely and put a lot of effort into our stay. We enjoyed staying at the apartment a lot. Staffolo is a calm and cute Italian village with a great panorama view. We had everything we needed and they even offered more like a portable ventilator. They kept us up to date what was happening in town and always made sure we felt welcome. We joined them for a small trip in the afternoon and even though there was a language barrier they tried to explain everything to us with patience and effort and talked with us all the time :) we had a great time together. Overall we enjoyed our little stay in Staffolo and to experience a little bit of the Italian way of life.

I stayed at Leontina's place for one month, and absolutely loved it! It was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well equipped; I didn't want to leave! The apartment is conveniently located directly across the road from a quiet beach, there is a large, well-stocked supermarket just a few minutes away on foot, and the seafront, featuring numerous restaurants, gelatarias, etc. is also only a short distance away. The city centre is a little further, but still perfectly walkable. Leontina and Marco were fantastic hosts, and lovely people; they made me feel right at home, and I hope to see them again, soon. Very spacious apartment,equipped with all the comforts like being at home! We stayed for two weeks, two adults,three small girls and a dog and we didn't need anythingelse that was not already present in the apartment! Everything was working and clean. Near the pine forest beach that also accepts dogs. What about Valerio... a very nice and super helpful person, friendly and always with a smile,a really nice and humble person. Thank you Valerio for your availability! ☺️

Brand new apartment, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we had a great time thanks to Gian Marco and his mother who were great hosts. Kind, helpful and very responsive in communication. The proximity to the center of the village allows you to walk and find all kinds of services as well as the well-kept and characteristic promenade. We will definitely be back.

We got hit by a storm for 3 days which was unfortunate! Also beach activities had closed down - possibly early because of Storm - however we enjoyed the apartment- the decking area is fabulous- as are the views ! Thank you Naty !

Very kind hosts, great communication, friendly hospitality and a lot of availability. Clean house and as described. Convenient parking, easy to get around downtown even on foot with a 20-minute walk. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this house in Italy. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome basket filled with delicacies prepared by our hosts, including a freshly made cake, simply delicious! A delicate touch that set the perfect tone for our stay. The house is superb, perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a carefree stay. The setting is exceptional. From the terrace, we were able to enjoy stunning views of the Italian countryside, ideal for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The serenity of the place allowed us to disconnect completely and savor every moment. Our hosts were very available, always ready to answer any questions we had or resolve any concerns. We leave with our hearts filled with wonderful memories and with the certain desire to return. Thanks for the exceptional hospitality.

My wife and I stayed at Christian's place for two weeks. I was amazed how big it was. Really a place where you can breathe. There's an absolutely wonderful view to hills and mountains. So beautiful and peaceful. Christian is a great guy. He was extremely helpful, and we had great talks. Man, I love this guy. Thanks for everything, Christian. Thomas.

The listing is as described. The view from the terraces is beautiful and from May we were able to have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. The apartment is a little old but perfect for 2 people. Please note that the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom is quite steep and access by car is not very easy. Sometimes from the terrace you can hear the road, which is quite busy, but it is not at all annoying inside the house. Poalo is a very pleasant, kind and responsive host who was able to respond perfectly to our requests even if his English is basic. He was very flexible with arrival and departure times.

Alba's house is located in a beautiful area in the Marche hills in the province of Macerata: the house is comfortable, well equipped to cook and spend relaxing moments in the living room and garden. You can walk from the house for nice walks nearby; towns with shops and restaurants can be reached in about ten minutes by car. Alba is a kind and always available guest; we spent a beautiful rustic New Year in her home and recommend it to everyone.

The property is highly recommended, especially with children. The pool, the animals and the many playgrounds were great. Tolentino, Macerata are also worth a visit. The hosts were easy to reach and helpful.

Very nice rural place to stay. Quietly located, about 20 minutes by car to the nearest sandy beach. Good restaurants, but only accessible by car.

Very cozy house in the middle of silence and nature, kept with care and attention to detail. Ideal for those who love to be in peace and out of the chaos. Host not met but timely and kind in communication. Recommended.

We received a very warm welcome from the family. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxation. Our host, Pia, surprised us several times with freshly baked cakes, eggs from their own chickens, and even an aperitivo by the pool. The garage features a 6–7 kW charger for electric cars, which is a major plus for this area and accommodation. I’d totally recommend staying at the accommodation in this area.

Well-maintained apartment, clean and equipped with everything you need; we really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom. Silvia is very kind and helpful. Exceptional parts are of course the private pool and veranda, which at night light up and create a fantastic atmosphere!! We will definitely be back, we really had a great time!!

Really good stay and nice host Clean and great location

We stayed at Elisabetta’s place for two weeks. The place is great, newly renovated and very spacious and comfortable. The king size beds are a nice touch. The view is beautiful and so peaceful. The location is great, very private, yet it has a grocery store less than a block away and is walking distance from the village centre. I fully recommend this place. We will be back.

We stayed as a family (2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby) in Claudios lovely apartment. The apartment is large and clean, with beautiful views from the balcony. It was the perfect place to explore local towns, beaches and a national park complete with waterfall. Claudio was a great host and provided all information we needed and ensured that we were happy throughout stay

The apartment is very central and very clean. The host is very friendly. We would like to give some suggestions to improve the reception and stay. We only stayed one night, but we couldn't use the Wi-Fi because it didn't work and in the apartment there is no way that the phones can get a signal without the Wi-Fi. Another tip is to work on the bedroom window frames, because on Saturday night there was a lot of noise and young people lingering under the windows and it was very difficult to get to sleep. Perhaps with this extra measure, the situation can be effectively resolved.
