The hostess wasn't home right now, but a good friend of hers. This one was very likeable, a warm-hearted dear person. She did a safe place to make our stay as pleasant as possible, which is well done. Everything was beautifully tastefully decorated, the breakfast table a true splendor. The house is very quietly located on a beautiful large rather natural property with lots of seating in the sun and in the shade. Our room was nice and clean. We felt very comfortable there

I chose Giovanni's Viola house because I needed a few days of calm and concentration to complete a job, the place was ideal for my purpose. Giovanni allowed me to bring my dog with me, who among other things made "friendship" with the dogs in Giovanni's house. Beautiful hills nearby that gave me beautiful walks with my dog and accompanied by Giovanni's dogs who guided me, all walking freely. The peace and quiet of the place are priceless. Highly recommended for those looking for a corner to find each other.

We stayed two nights in the b&b in a comfortable and very clean room. Stefano was a very polite and friendly host and immediately put us at ease by providing us with valuable information about the surroundings. At breakfast we were able to try the local specialties, organic and at km 0, all with raw materials of excellent quality! Thanks Stefano!

Great food at the restaurant and breakfast, great spa, and it’s only 15 mins walk to the beach. I will definitely go back next time I go to Potenza Picena.

Our stay at "M'illumino d'immenso" exceeded all our expectations! The apartment is well cared for, clean, spacious and immersed in a wonderful setting. The private pool was a real plus, perfect for relaxing surrounded by nature. Edoardo and Carlotta were very kind and always available: they welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home from the first moment. Highly recommended for those seeking tranquility, beauty and authentic hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

the stay was great. the apartment was super nice down to the last detail also the roof terrace with pool is brilliant. the restaurant as well. Of course, you pay a price that is not little, but it was worth it. Chiara was very friendly and accommodating, as well as the rest of the staff. They were always eager to satisfy us. we will be back again.
