Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Macerata

Very considerate host and really nice place to stay. Interior garde and terace is such a blessing. We will def return.

We had a wonderful time in Sandro's apartment, he and his wife, were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They promptly rescued us one night that we had forgotten the keys and made us find sheets, towels, tablecloths, essential food and even something more, and other useful things, we could use a washing machine, refrigerator and the kitchen including an oven and coffee machine. Everything in perfect order and cleanliness, the apartment is beautiful, with the terrace overlooking the sea, and close to a large free beach with pine forest where dogs are allowed to go and swim at any time of the day even in high staglione. Highly recommended!

The absolute plus found for the apartment was its location. A stone's throw from the beach, with a supermarket within walking distance. Terrace overlooking the sea, where you can eat and relax. A few minutes' walk takes you to the main street of Porto Recanati. Unless you want to go hiking, you can forget about the car. Noemi is a ready, kind, generous host with advice and always available: you can see her experience in terms of hospitality. For me, a "superhost"! The house is fully "furnished": I found everything you need to spend a peaceful vacation. A very positive experience!

I stayed at Leontina's place for one month, and absolutely loved it! It was very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well equipped; I didn't want to leave! The apartment is conveniently located directly across the road from a quiet beach, there is a large, well-stocked supermarket just a few minutes away on foot, and the seafront, featuring numerous restaurants, gelatarias, etc. is also only a short distance away. The city centre is a little further, but still perfectly walkable. Leontina and Marco were fantastic hosts, and lovely people; they made me feel right at home, and I hope to see them again, soon. Very spacious apartment,equipped with all the comforts like being at home! We stayed for two weeks, two adults,three small girls and a dog and we didn't need anythingelse that was not already present in the apartment! Everything was working and clean. Near the pine forest beach that also accepts dogs. What about Valerio... a very nice and super helpful person, friendly and always with a smile,a really nice and humble person. Thank you Valerio for your availability! ☺️

I stayed a week in Marco's apartment, with my wife and our nine-month-old daughter. They were fantastic days because the apartment was in an excellent location to live the quiet life of Porto Recanati, a stone's throw from the equipped beach, close to restaurants and all the necessary amenities (bars, supermarket, etc.) within walking distance. The house has a magnificent balcony overlooking the sunrise perfect for eating for two to three people. Even without air conditioning, the room was very ventilated even with the help of fans. I recommend it to anyone for a relaxing vacation!

For us, who were new to the platform, it was a wonderful experience to say the least. The helpfulness of Antonella, who was uniquely kind, clear in communication, available to satisfy our every request; the location of the apartment, a stone's throw from the sea, with a very convenient parking lot, in a quiet area although just a three-minute walk from the city center and the comforts of the apartment itself complete with every comfort have made our short stay above our expectations. We recommend the Flamingo bathroom and restaurant, clean, with kind and helpful staff, both with humans and with our furry friends, just a two-minute walk from the apartment. We just have to thank Antonella, Camelia, Claudio, Loredana, Sandro, Sasha and Priya! We hope to see you soon!

I cannot speak highly enough of Sandro or his apartment. Sandro was very quick to communicate and met us outside to ensure we found the apartment without trouble. He was gracious and charming from the first, telling us about local shopping and restaurants. Sandro's apartment was utterly perfect. 1 minute from the sea, with the spund of the waves lulling us to sleep. it is at the far end of Porto Recanati so completely quiet and peaceful, but also just two minutes to tge supermarket and the first of the beachfront restaurants. It was pristine, spotless, with a view of the sea from the smal but perfectly formedl balcony. Everything one could want in the kitchen, including even enough coffee capsules for 5 days of serious coffee drinkers. Ample safe convenient parking too. And Sandro was very kind and flexible, letting us check out at midday for a perfect end to a perfect stay. Grazie mille, Sandro, torneremo!!!

This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

A stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views from the terrace. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Angelica was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

The apartment is literally a stone's throw from the sea. It is bright, clean, tastefully furnished, perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach without having to take the car or walk long. The beach in that area is spacious and sandy, which I personally appreciate very much (I have memories in Civitanova of beaches with the stones that I never liked much). You can also take long walks by the sea, and reach more isolated and quiet areas. There were four of us, and we were comfortable. In particular, I appreciated the spacious and bright living room, equipped with two windows from which you can see the sea, and the spacious bathroom with a really large shower, equipped with a very nice skylight that illuminates the environment very well. The bedroom is a little small if you have to sleep in two adults with lots of luggage, but it fits without any problems if you don't have any pretensions and/or problems using a bunk bed. A few minutes' walk from the house you can find shops that provide all the basic amenities, such as bars and supermarkets. There is also one fishing shop, for enthusiasts like me. Elisabetta, the host, is very nice and nice, we didn't miss a thing and it was really available right away. Once again the Marche is a wonderful region, which I recommend to anyone, both for the scenic beauty itself, and for the kindness and friendliness of the Marche. Absolutely appreciated stay, to be repeated! Highly recommended!

I was in Massimo's villa by the sea for a week with my husband and mom... it was perfect for us! On one side the sea, on the other the "city" with market, supermarket, etc. Fall asleep with sea noise and the cure of people at Lungomare. Kitchen top equipped for self-cooking... Leonardo was incredibly quick to respond and helpful. The apartment is beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding area. Although we visited in November I’m sure it would be an amazing summer place when warmer and sunnier. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

It was a beautiful experience, we were found more than what was written in the description. The apartment was very nice and very clean, we had to buy very few things. The host has had a lot of care towards us, answering any small questions. We really appreciated the abundance of essential amenities offered by the host. I highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Civitanova Marche and its surroundings, and the place potentially allows you to move exclusively on foot. The umbrella left available to the apartment and soaps for the washing machine are also very appreciated. The house is well air-conditioned but still fresh at all hours of the day. If I were to return as a group to Civitanova Marche, I would definitely choose this apartment.

The spacious apartment is located just a 10min walk from the beach and 5min from a market; plus, the railway didn't bother us at all. Maria Silvia could not meet us in person, but she did everything to be equally present from beginning to end (and beyond), and she was able to do great! Once we arrived in the area we struggled to find the accommodation, as from the Airbnb map the address is not accurate, but her mother, Mrs. Santina, who lives next to the apartment, was super kind, nice and helpful and provided us with all the necessary directions to reach it; the same kindness of Maria Silvia, who spent a lot to provide us with many useful tips on activities to carry out (restaurants, bathing establishment, excursions, canoeing, etc.). He also proposed to stay 1 extra day given the bad weather and, when we had a small problem with the wi-fi, he didn't hesitate to call me to solve! Recommended!

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

Perfect stay in a dream location! The apartment is beautiful, located in a building that has just been tastefully renovated and equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning that made the stay even more pleasant. The terrace is wonderful, with an unparalleled view of Monte Conero: perfect for panoramic breakfasts or for relaxing at sunset. The location is ideal: very close to everything, but in a quiet area, perfect for those who want to enjoy the best of the area without sacrificing comfort. We stayed at the beginning of September and I can only reconfirm what other guests have said: Simona was always quick and effective in responding to requests and doubts when booking and her parents (who are the people who physically welcome you) are wonderful in making you feel at home immediately. The accommodation is very large, equipped with everything and very close to the sea (the beach can be reached on foot in just over 5 minutes). We had a great time.

My partner's parents had a great time. The place is clean, the location is ideal for getting around downtown. The apartment has very good fixtures that protect from the noise coming from the nightclub nearby.

Enrico is very kind and super helpful, the accommodation is very clean and well equipped, and the view is breathtaking. clean beach, great bar at the nearby lido where you can have lunch if you don't want to cook. our dog was well received and the private beach allowed us to manage it perfectly by taking advantage of the shade of the house itself. outdoor shower top very comfortable. what can I say, we will definitely be back
