Special stay in Lucia's very spacious apartment, with a beautiful garden and a breathtaking view of the Conero hills. Initially, the strong personality of the house has moved us a little, but we were greeted by Gigliola (Lucia's mother) with great kindness. Strategic location for the sea (15-20 minutes) and beautiful excursions (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Going back to this "home" after our days was a real pleasure. Thank you Lucia! Alba's house is located in a beautiful area in the Marche hills in the province of Macerata: the house is comfortable, well equipped to cook and spend relaxing moments in the living room and garden. You can walk from the house for nice walks nearby; towns with shops and restaurants can be reached in about ten minutes by car. Alba is a kind and always available guest; we spent a beautiful rustic New Year in her home and recommend it to everyone.

We stayed 8 nights at Elio's house with our 5 and 3 year old children and it was a wonderful experience! The house has very large and bright rooms, furnished with everything you need, and the garden offers a view of the surrounding hills and priceless peace! Even better than in the photos! We used the house as a base to visit practically the entire region and it is also very close to the sea. There is a well-stocked bakery and supermarket nearby. Elio was very kind, always available and ready to provide advice on the area. On our arrival, he also welcomed us with a nice basket of excellent cherries! Really highly recommended, especially for families with children, who can enjoy this wonderful garden!

We had a perfect beach holiday thanks to this accommodation. Location - Quiet area, a few steps from the beach, house with North/East windows perfect for the summer (inside it was cool enough even without using the air conditioning) Accommodation - clean and welcoming, equipped with everything you need for a beach holiday. Large terrace and almost always in the shade (only in the morning it is under the sun, which however does not bother you to have breakfast) Elisa was a professional and super kind host! To be recommended!

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you to relax completely. The property has no flaws, cared for in every detail from the garden, to the cottages to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are then people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

It was incredible to be in a historic building and be able to admire the panorama of the Fermane hills. Chiara and her husband are helpful and welcoming people, they made us find an amazing homemade cake.

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

I had a great time, communication was impeccable at any time of the day. Edoardo followed us in everything, even brought coffee and tea capsules late at night to ensure a good breakfast the next morning. Perfect place, comfortable, quiet and equipped with everything you need. If I had to go back to that area, I would definitely not hesitate to go back there! I highly recommend choosing them for a carefree stay!

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

Very good welcome and very great responsiveness from Angela, the apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts and well equipped. The infinity pool is very nice and clean and overlooks a very beautiful landscape. We are very close to the sea, interesting towns and villages clinging to the mountain. In short, to be recommended without a doubt.

Lorena is an exceptional host. Always present and available, he offers valuable advice on the surrounding areas. At check-in we found a bottle of local wine and a homemade jam as a welcome. Both excellent! The house is a stone's throw from the centre and the sea. It is equipped with every comfort and is very clean. Comfortable environment, like feeling at home! Thank you Lorena for making our holiday special!

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Quiet, charming place. 7 minutes from the waterfront. Very clean, very well equipped and quick to provide information both on site and in the apartment. Quiet place, you don't hear any noise, ventilated so you can eat outside with a nice breeze. Highly recommended.
