Holiday rentals with a balcony in Province of Como

We LOVED our stay in Lake Como!! The hosts were super friendly and the fridge had wine and homemade tiramisu. We also had use of paddle boards, kayaks and bikes! We will definitely be staying again

Die Unterkunft und der Ort waren sehr schön. Allerdings muss man mit dem Auto in die Stadt fahren. (5 Minuten) oder man läuft auf der Straße, die allerdings nicht stark befahren ist.

Logement avec vue imprenable sur le lac, un décor digne d'une carte postale. Vous avez tout dont vous avez besoin dans le logement, il est très bien pensé ! Ceci dit, il faut noter que le logement est sur une colline avec un chemin assez raide, il faut penser à prendre une voiture adaptée à ce genre de route, il faut noter 5 virages au total avec deux manoeuvres chacun (L'annonce le cite déjà donc pas de surprise) N'oubliez pas aussi qu'on est dans les montagnes en pleine nature, donc pas de surprise si vous croisez des serpents ou des scorpions. D'après les hôtes et google, ils ne sont pas dangereux et fuient le bruit ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement aux amoureux de la nature et paysages :)

The accommodation was exactly as described. A traditional apartment with plenty of space, a superb view of the lake from the private terrace, and easy access to all amenities. The host was very accommodating when our arrival was delayed by a late flight.

This was a great place with scenic view as shown on the picture. Lisa was always responsive when required. Very quiet and peaceful town to stay in with short walk to ferries port. We enjoyed our stay here.

The nicest hosts we have ever met . We spent 3 weeks there with 2 children, everything was perfect, we can only recommend it. Beautiful garden, small playground next to the house, peaceful and calm neighborhood.

Apartament był z ładnym widokiem tak jak na zdjęciu.Blisko na dworzec i przystań promową.Klucz był dostępny w skrzynce po uprzednim kontakcie .Było dużo do zwiedzania w okolicy i żałuję ze nie zarezerwowałam apartamentu na dłużej.

Le logement est très agréable et propre. La proximité du lac et des restaurants est idéal. Hôte réactif. Merci pour ce sejour 😊

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt mit 9 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Das Haus ist wunderschön, erstklassige Ausstattung (auch Kindergeschirr und - Besteck sind vorhanden, ebenso Hochstühle, Kinderbett und einige Spielsachen) und viel Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten in Haus und Garten. Der See und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß (oder mit dem Kinderwagen) in 5/10 min erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort und mit der Gastgeberin klappte problemlos. Ein kleiner Abzug, da das WLAN in den Zimmern im Obergeschoss und im Keller nur schwach bis gar nicht verfügbar ist. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Nous l’avons trouvé idéal pour notre famille ( 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Il a fait très beau le temps de notre séjour, nous avons donc particulièrement profité des extérieurs. Tout est propre et fonctionnel. Claudia, la personne qui gère sur place la location, fut disponible et sympathique. Nous recommandons ce logement et y retournerions sans hésiter !

Eine tolle Unterkunft, die den Bildern entspricht. Wer Ruhe und Natur um sich herum mag, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Der Blick auf den See ist gigantisch und Casa Il Nibio ist toll ausgestattet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Tolle, saubere und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und super Blick auf den See. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr nett empfangen und waren stets verfügbar. Außerdem konnte man auch die Stand up paddle und Kanus der Unterkunft nutzen. Die Wohnung liegt am nördlichen Ende des Sees und wir haben es so empfunden, dass dadurch nicht ganz so viel los war wie in den südlicheren Ortschaften. Durch die Lage direkt an der Straße ist es etwas lauter, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Der direkte Zugang zum See war uns das allemal wert und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Zeer ruim huis met een prachtig uitzicht! Alles was heel netjes schoongemaakt! Groot terras en parkeerplaats voor drie auto's. Goed contact met de vriendelijke sleutelhouder. Vanuit Gravedona is het een klein kwartiertje bergop rijden via smalle wegen met haarspeldbochten. In de directe omgeving kan je mooie wandelingen maken. Een echte aanrader als vakantieverblijf!

Fantastic place if you want to stay secluded from the hustle bustle. The only way to get around is by a rental bike or car. We had a car and we like staying a little off the grid so it was apt for us. A 4m drive down to the Caddenabia pier to take the boats to other spots on the lake and a 6m drive up north to Mennagio. There is a grocery store down by the lake as well. From the house, you have superb views of Bellagio and Verrana. The kitchen is more than equipped. Just get your groceries and you’re all set. 1 room has an attached bathroom and the other is just outside the room. The pool and the deck were amazing as well. 2 big cars can be parked on the property. The host was fantastic. Always available, even on a Sunday and always with clear instructions. Will definitely want to visit again.

Unkompliziertes Self-Check-In und Check-Out (Anweisung mit Video) und gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Apartment ist gem. Bilder und Beschreibungen. Sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon aus auf den Luganersee. Ruhiger Ort, es hat ein Café und Restaurant mit netten Gastgebern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten auch gute Gespräche. In Claino con Osteno kann man sonst nicht viel unternehmen, aber Innerhalb 1 Stunde ist man in Lugano oder Como. Kontakt mit Marco und Vita SRL war reibungslos und die Antworten kamen sehr schnell.

Incredible views made it nice to stay and enjoy the Airbnb esp on rainy days. We were traveling with our 8 month old and loved the nice comfy crib and Anita even left out a baby towel and high chair for us. It was really a perfect spot to enjoy views from the lake. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware which made it great for some homemade dinner dates too. Would love to stay here again.

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! My partner & I whole heartedly recommend you consider Enrica’s attic for you lodgings at Lake Como! Cameron June 2025

This place is so close to the ferry that it puts the entire lake at your disposal. The view from the room was beautiful. Very comfortable and accessible. And be sure to walk down to Villa Carlotta!

The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.
