Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Province of Como

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment! The accommodation was super clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant holiday. The location was ideal: quiet, but still close to everything important – restaurants, small shops and attractions were easily accessible. The check-in was also completely uncomplicated, and the host was always friendly and helpful with questions or tips about the area. I would come back anytime and can really recommend the accommodation – thank you for this great experience in Italy!

Alfonso's place perfectly fitted our needs. My team and I stayed there 2 nights as we had an event in a villa which was literally walking distance to his place. It makes our life much easier! It was great to park our car 150 meters from the house and walk everywhere. There is also a big supermarket with a nice caffeteria that we appreciated a lot! Great plus for me: it's dog friendly. My little one was very happy in the garden. The rest of us only use beds & bathrooms after work! Alfonso is very nice and accomodating. Recommended.

Pictures provided were accurate. Wonderful view of Lake Como. Sol was responsive and readily available. We struggled a bit finding the Airbnb but once we did, loved the location. There are no restaurants around and you’ll have to drive to the next town. It wasn’t an issue for us but could be a hindrance to others. We definitely enjoyed the beach which is a very short walkable distance of the Airbnb. It’s a small beach but was exactly right for us. Price is very reasonable, especially considering the location. I booked fairly last minute and during the busiest time of year. We were fortunate having found Sol’s place.

We stayed at the property for a week. Everything was as described. We had a baby with us and fortunately were able to use a pull-out bed as there were three of us relatively tight in the bed. The bathroom and kitchen are absolutely sufficient. A bit inconvenient was just that you have to walk up some stairs to the property, which was a bit exhausting with baby and all the bags, but no problem at all without a baby. The communication with Mirela also worked wonderfully. We loved the cleanliness and the parking space. Thanks to Mirela!

The accommodation is located in the basement of Miriam and Cristiano's house. It is completely independent, well furnished and with all the necessary comforts. There is a nice kitchen equipped with everything, a giant sofa with a projector and a big screen and a very comfortable sofa bed. I stayed in a very hot period but the apartment remains cool despite the high outside temperatures. Finally, Miriam was always available and punctual in responding to my requests, truly welcoming me as if I were at home.

The house is 25 minutes away from Cómo, up a road thats not for everybody to drive on. Its very narrow, like many other roads on Europ. Once in Palanzo, the parking is 4 blocks away from the house, which is upheel on a very steep road. You can reach it by car, but unless you are driving a small european city car youll probably end up either stuck or scratching the car. Once in the house, you will find it to be a historical one, with old floors, doors and look and feel that gives you the sensatión on being on an historical place . The star of the house is the upper garden, pool and the upper deck, with breathtaking views of the Lake. I spent every minute i wasnt sleeping, seating there. It will make everything worth it. The histórical Bell that tells the time needs a mention of its own: its 50 feet away from the house and starts going on ("playing gong") at 6.40 am., and keeps going everything 30 minutes. Bianca’s place is beautiful and inviting. Her design aesthetic is clever and fun with items from all over the world! Bedrooms were private and comfortable. Perfect host and perfect stay!

Everything went great — we were greeted by the second host, Julian, who helped us check into the apartment. He was extremely responsive and kind. The apartment was clean and cozy. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Our stay at Alessandros apartment was pleasant. It is spacious, and the view of the mountain and lake from the balcony is amazing. Alessandro is a super host and always answered right away if there were any questions.
