The location was perfect, and the thoughtful touches, like clear check-in instructions and local tips, made our trip extra special. Communication was quick and friendly. Thank you to Lili and her husband, very welcoming and discreet, for hosting us in a beautiful setting. They gave us all the advice and directions we needed and, the icing on the cake, lots of little gourmet touches. The accommodation is very well equipped and offers a view of the lake and access through a beautiful garden. The village is very nice and typical.

We had a wonderful week at Nicole’s apartment! It was a great base for our family (two adults and three children aged 4, 8, and 10). The apartment was clean and functional, with plenty of space (e.g., two bedrooms and two bathrooms). The yard was a big joy for us, and the surrounding scenery was stunning! It was easy to take day trips around Lake Como from the apartment. Nicole was helpful and responded to our messages quickly. We can warmly recommend this apartment!

Host was terrific with communication, very responsive. It’s literally about a two minute walk to the bus stop.

Very clean accommodation. Very well located in a peaceful place, close to the train station, the lake and a small shop (convenient). Francesca is always available and has good tips for visits. The terrace is very nice. Excellent stay.

We stayed here for 6 nights and it was really nice and communication was very good, i would recommend renting a car as it makes it easier to travel around como but there is a bus stop in front of the house which is convenient

Ebe and Giovanni helped us very well. The parking lot is very convenient and so we had to go a little lower with the car through the narrow streets of Brunate. Make sure you are fit because the 350 metres from the car park is uphill. the space was clean, you also had everything you need for a carefree holiday. For us, the only downside was that the door to the garden was in the bedroom. We had a 4-month-old baby with us, he is a light sleeper so we couldn't really sit outside in the nice weather in the evening. They are both very friendly hosts and always give clear instructions. We enjoyed. Glad we chose to stay in Brunate and not in Como itself. It's much quieter. A subscription to the funiculars for 16 euros allows you to use it for a week. And the other tourists with a day ticket can pass by. This was also a big plus.

My wife an I stayed for the celebrations in Mandello for the 100th centenary of Moto Guzzi. Luca our host was really kind and picked us up from Lecco train Station. The house was beautiful in a quiet village nestling on the hillside approx 2 km walk from Mandello. There is a lovely footpath that runs through the village to Mandello. The walk down to the Beach in Abbadia Larianna is approx 1km with an excellent park, cafe and swimming which we did often. You can easily walk from the Station to the accommodation. It is quite hilly but that is to be expected in this area. The village has a lovely feel to it with very narrow old streets. We sat on the balcony each evening pleased with our choice. The house has everything you need. The top room is delightful and the main bedroom has a huge comfortable bed. There is lots of storage space. A garage washing machine it really is a home. I became a little poorly at the end of our holiday and Luca was in constant contact offering help. This was top service. My wife and I are in our mid 65 and 67 respectively and found the walking no problem. I can only fully recommend this delightful place. Thanks Luca

We highly recommend: Very clean and spacious accommodation, located in a quiet area. The bus stop 2 min walk away makes it easy to reach Como or Lecco. Thanks again to our host for his kindness and flexibility with the check-in time :)

The location is super convenient! Carrefour is just a 1-minute walk away — perfect for last-minute shopping or grabbing a quick bite. It’s also only a 15-minute walk to the nearest attractions and Lake Como itself, making it a great spot if you enjoy leisurely strolls. The place is easy to locate on maps, and we had no trouble finding it on our first day. Plus, it’s quiet and peaceful at night — ideal for a good night’s rest 🛌 it is also near the train station if you want to do a day trip to milan or other cities The host, Cristiano, is very friendly and made us feel at home from the moment we checked in. He’s also extremely responsive and quick to address any questions we had, which made our stay even more comfortable 🏡 Last but not least, the apartment looks exactly like the pictures and matches the description, so you can book with confidence! 😋😋😋
