Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Province of Ascoli Piceno

Jegliche Erwartungen wurden aufs positivste übertroffen! Man kann keine perfektere Unterkunft als diese finden. Wir konnten unser Glück kaum fassen und waren überwältigt von dem gesamten Anwesen. So much love in all the details! Wir haben die wunderschöne Sicht auf die Berge, den Garten, den Pool in Verbindung mit der Exklusivität und der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sehr genossen. NICHTS hätte besser sein können und wir sind einfach nur dankbar für die wunderschöne Zeit dort! 500 von 5 Sternen!

We gingen met heel het gezin (2 volwassenen en 2 kindjes) logeren bij Paola en Luca en zouden het iedereen aanraden. Buiten het feit dat de locatie prachtig is, zijn ook Paola en Luca twee warme, aangename, vriendelijke, behulpzame personen. Ze stonden steeds klaar met antwoorden op onze vragen, tips voor bezienswaardigheden, hulp waar nodig... Kortom, de gastvrijheid waar we op voorhand enkel maar van konden dromen. Bovendien produceren ze heerlijke wijnen en werd er een degustatie georganiseerd voor een zeer democratische prijs. Wij zijn alvast van plan om er terug te keren. Grazie Paola e Luca! Ci rivedremo!

Miejsce idealne do odpoczynku, również z dziećmi, przepiękna okolica, urokliwe miasteczka w okolicy bez tłumów turystów. Gospodarze są cudowni, Paola i Luca zarażają swoją miłością do wina. 100 % wykonania maksymy gospodarzy, że jesteś w domu daleko od domu 🤩😍😍

This was hands down my favorite Airbnb of all time! The apartment is absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The view is truly magical, even better than the photos, which don’t begin to capture how special it really is. What made the experience even more unforgettable were our amazing hosts, Paola and Luca. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We were a family of six and this place was extremely comfortable for us all. We loved the pool and used the kitchen to cook several times. We had some of the best food of our whole Italy trip in nearby towns, following the recommendations given to us by Paola. I can’t recommend this place enough—an unforgettable stay in a perfect setting. I’m already planning a couples trip to come back!

abbiamo scelto per le nostre vacanze Villa Helvetia attratti dalle belle immagini e dalle proposte offerte e quando siamo arrivati abbiamo scoperto un piccolo paradiso. la villa si trova all'interno di uno spazioso giardino con una bellissima piscina in un contesto veramente rilassante. a disposizione lettini, sdraie e ombrelloni. Barbecue in comune e spazio esterno per pranzare o cenare da soli o in compagnia degli altri ospiti. carino e accogliente il nostro "duplex" con tutto il necessario per trascorrere il soggiorno. comodo per i servizi o per passeggiate a soli 8 km dal mare. Ringraziamo in modo particolare Sandro e tutta la sua Famiglia per la disponibilità, l'accoglienza e l'affetto dimostrato. A presto da Claudio e Angela

Paola and Luca are very nice and caring hosts. They gave us a very warm welcome. The vineyard is very well maintained and the rooms are also great! The pool invites you to relax and the kitchen is well equipped. We would love to come back ☺️

Stefano et Roberta proposent 2 appartements idéals pour les familles avec 2 chambres chacun et une jolie vue sur le paysage magnifique des marches. Au calme, joliment décoré, tant le jardin d été avec tables et barbecues (le petit déjeuner y est fort agréable comme les apéros) et la piscine attenante, que la maison, sont aménagés avec tout le confort et soin. Idéal pour « chiller ». La vue est magnifique et la région regorge de jolis villages. Enfin Stefano et Roberta sont très sympathiques, proactifs, gentils, et avenants. On se sent comme chez des amis tout de suite ! Un accueil au delà des attentes et un coin magnifique pour résumer. Un plébiscite pour nos hôtes. Pour les enfants, les animaux (chats et un chien) sont un plus. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés Julien et Lucie

Un petit gîte adorable, très bien équipé avec une terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle. La piscine est propre et accessible. Daniele et son épouse sont des personnes adorables et disponibles. Nous recommandons vivement et conseillons également le restaurant (cuisine simple et délicieuse avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix).

Host molto disponibile…. La camera è spaziosa e nuovissima !

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte da Giampaolo e Marina host super gentili , posto bellissimo con un panorama mozzafiato, ambienti ampi puliti e un giardino esterno dove cenare sotto le stelle con ulivi magnifici. Se volete visitare un piccolo borgo del marchigiano e rilassarvi questo è un posto ideale.

Vacanza meravigliosa, Carla è stata gentilissima e davvero disponibile e flessibile. Avrei solo specificato la presenza di scale, ma per il resto tutto è stato come descritto e consiglierei a tutti di avere una host come Carla

Grande, bello, nuovissimo e con un utilissimo ampio spazio esterno attrezzato. Dieci min. a piedi dal mare e 20 min. a piedi dal centro storico di S.Benedetto. Andrea è stato gentilissimo, super accogliente e disponibile: ci si era rotta la macchina all'ultimo prima della partenza e Andrea ci ha fatto la cortesia di venirci a prendere in stazione. Ottimi anche i consigli sulla ristorazione. Grazie mille Andrea, alla prossima!!!
