Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Province of Ascoli Piceno

We wanted to treat ourselves after the Covid crisis. We love walking and nature and wanted to be right next to the mountains. The tower is exquisite as are the gardens, the views and the hosts. For a unique experience it will be hard to surpass.

We went to stay with the whole family (2 adults and 2 children) with Paola and Luca and would recommend it to anyone. Apart from the fact that the location is beautiful, Paola and Luca are also two warm, pleasant, friendly, helpful people. They were always ready to answer our questions, tips for sightseeing, help where needed... In short, the hospitality we could only dream of in advance. In addition, they produce delicious wines and a tasting was organized for a very democratic price. We plan to return there in advance. Grazie Paola e Luca! Ci rivedremo!

Paola and the family were so friendly. We had the most amazing stay for two nights and wished we had stayed longer. The premesis is stunning and their wine is beautiful. We will be back!

Well, I wish we could give this experience 10 stars instead of just 5, because our stay at Le Cana far exceeded every expectation. From the incredible scenery to the first-class and well-appointed apartments to the generous wine-tasting and antipasti, everything hit the perfect note for our family of four. Paola and Luca are the consummate hosts, warm and engaging people who went out of their way to ensure that our experience would be unforgettable. And they succeeded more than they know, not just because of their help making dinner reservations at an excellent local agriturismo or their recommendations for running paths and local towns to visit, but because they truly seem to love what they do and it shows in the relationships they build with the people who are fortunate enough to stay. We hope and expect to return one day soon with our friends, so they can share in the magical experience. We could not recommend this place more -- A plus plus. Grazie mille Paola e Luca!!!! =

Really lovely hosts made to feel like family. Stunning view and lovely pool. Only downside was the walls are quite thin so you get a lot of noise from the flat next door.

Sandro was a true legend. Very friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the stay, very peaceful and lovely to have a pool right at hand. You’ll need a car to get around in the area, but if you do it’s perfect to get both the beach and a relaxing location. Can recommend!

Paola and Luca are very nice and caring hosts. They gave us a very warm welcome. The vineyard is very well maintained and the rooms are also great! The pool invites you to relax and the kitchen is well equipped. We would love to come back ☺️

A cute little cottage, very well equipped with a terrace with exceptional views. The pool is clean and accessible. Daniele and his wife are lovely and available people. We highly recommend and also recommend the restaurant (simple and delicious cuisine with a great value for money).

Giampaolo and his family are very friendly and hospitable. The accommodation is comfortable, very convenient and very clean. It is strategically located to reach the authentic villages of the area.

Our stay at Carla's apartment was perfect. The place has all things necessary for a pleasant time and Carla's hospilality is brilliant!

Roberto is an impeccable host. Always available, kind and creates a friendly and extremely polite relationship from the start. The SuperAttico is exactly as described with a beautiful view of Grottammare. Also highly recommended for the excellent tips Roberto can give on what to see, what to do, catering and neighbouring services. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic location, easy walking distance to main centre of beautiful Ascoli Piceno. Annarita and her family are very gracious and helpful hosts and they speak perfect English too. The apartment was immaculate and exactly how described. Plenty of free parking for our hire car too. We highly recommend this airbnb and look forward to returning again one day. Large, beautiful, brand new and with a very useful large equipped outdoor space. Ten min. on foot from the sea and 20 min. on foot from the historic center of S.Benedetto. Andrea was very kind, super welcoming and helpful: the car had broken at the last before departure and Andrea did us the courtesy of picking us up at the station. Great dining tips, too.
