Holiday rentals with beach access in Province of Ascoli Piceno

The apartment is wonderful! Everything inside is new. There is practically everything you need for a long stay. Its internet is great, it has a TV, a washing machine, and everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Our hosts Simona and Enrico, Marisa's children, were just perfect. Very caring and attentive. A bottle of wine and pizza were waiting for us in the apartment because we arrived very late. They practically acted as a local travel agency, giving us tips on places of interest around. Thanks to them, we saw several surrounding towns and even tried local specialties. Thank you very much! The apartment is close to the sea. We were only separated from the beach by a railway line and a hotel. It is this railway line that is well worth keeping in mind. It goes through practically the entire Adriatic coast, through many quaint towns, and the trains can be quite noisy. However, we tried to ignore them! There were many other things to make up for!

My family and I stayed in Bruno's house for 12 days, and it was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever booked on Airbnb. Bruno is a very kind host, he welcomed us as soon as we arrived in Grottammare, anticipating the check-in and making us find the house immediately ready. During the stay he gave us useful tips on where to eat and what to see. The apartment is very nice and is 10 steps from the sea. On the waterfront there are many establishments and you are spoiled for choice on where to get umbrellas with sunbeds but there is also a lot of free beach. The house is ideal for those with children because it is spacious and has all the necessary amenities to spend a great vacation. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious and the bathroom has a nice shower. The kitchen and living room are spacious and the patio is perfect for sunbathing. In conclusion, the house and Bruno are a 10.

Comfortable and clean apartment, friendly host and always available. Equipped with all the comforts, functional and ventilated enough. Excellent hospitality with basic food (and even more) and maximum courtesy. Quiet area, served and not far from the sea (10 min walk). Clean, fragrant, and plentiful sheets and towels. Comfortable beds and pillows. Also by car there is always free parking both near the apartment and close to the beaches even in August. Chicca: The library of the living room is equipped with art, illustration, music and comics. 14 days spent feeling at home, on the sea. It's worth every penny.

We were there for 3 weeks in September. The city center, the chalets on the beach and supermarkets are within walking distance. The apartment is nicely large and very well maintained, modern and clean. We will be happy to come back.

Very quiet stay in a beautiful seaside village, the apartment was very clean and fully responsive to what was described above. Antonella was exquisite in both hospitality and availability during the stay, a truly wonderful person. We felt right at home!

We had a fantastic stay in San Benedetto del Tronto. The location of this apartment is fantastic and we really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach in under a minute. Our boys really loved having the outside space and Marco was very friendly and helpful.

Two very small notes, missing an abat-jour on the bedside table and the bottle opener in the kitchen, otherwise everything is perfect.

Guicy is a new host she says, you could not tell! She welcomes you in a very pleasant way, knows the area well a gave us great suggestions for sightseeing, food. The appartement is beautiful, almost new. Up on a hill where, when you walk a little you get a beautiful seaview. We recommend it fullharted.

We found this property by chance and we were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really great Host, upon our arrival we arrived and gave us all the necessary information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, everything completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and bathing structure included surely makes the stay even more pleasant. In addition to these great strengths, the centrality of the apartment is really convenient to everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking maximum 5 minutes away, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the village center. A really great solution. Highly recommended

Alessandro welcomed us into his home cordially and amicably, briefly explaining the services and directions of the house, an available person, giving full freedom in compliance with the rules. The house itself is beautiful, clean and with all the rooms air-conditioned, in summer it is definitely a positive note, The large, well-kept and fenced garden with an evening atmosphere to enjoy dinners with friends, and for those who also have dogs, well I'll let you imagine their joy (mine was very happy!!). functional apartment, quite modernized internally, there was nothing missing for a week of vacation, not too far from the sea and quiet, host Roberto is a person always ready for any advice.

A beautiful cottage, perfectly located, lovingly decorated and sparkling clean! We felt very comfortable as a family and would be happy to come back!

The house was amazing. In the old town up the hill in Cupra Marittima with an stunning view from the roof terrace! If you dont have a car the walk up the hill can be quiet heavy but the house is really beautiful renovated in the old style so its worth the walk. The house is well equipped. There is a terrace downstairs for some chilling in the shades and on the roof terrace you can sit in the sun and enjoy the great view. The beaches around Cupra are perfect for family with children. We had a wonderful 7-night stay at La Casetta while taking in the World Roller Games competition hosted in Tortoreto Alto. La Casetta was perfectly situated in historical Tortoreto Alto and very comfortable for us. Comforable beds. Excellent restaurants nearby. Sandra was very responsive and helpful. She had great suggestions for us.

Our family vacation experience with three small children was pleasant and positive. The house and the large garden are cared for and comfortable to stay. The house is cozy and also equipped with games and beautiful children's books. We moved by car to go to the sea and visit the surroundings, but if you want, you can also get around by bike. Elisa is very friendly and helpful, ready to solve any inconvenience. The neighbors are also friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with them.

Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

Judith and Piero have a hospitable house, well-kept and equipped with everything you need. Thanks for the cot, the fresh fruit basket and the flexible check-in. The house has everything you need, it feels like you're at home. It was one of the most beautiful and relaxing holidays we've ever had. We'll be back next year. See you soon 🙌

We were 2 adults and 2 children (7 and 1 years old) and we were comfortably at Ilaria's house. She welcomed us in person and was very kind, responsive and helpful with the schedules. There was a high chair in the house but not a cot (as indicated to us): we brought a camping cot that we always kept open in the living room, without causing any inconvenience. The kitchen and bathroom were equipped with everything you needed. The garden is really large, with the possibility of eating outside, but in the house it was cooler (without turning on the air conditioning, which was available). In Grottammare, having a house near the sea also means having the railway that literally passes behind the house: this was not a problem because the sound was quite muffled by the barriers but above all there were no vibrations in the house. A private parking space is available for the car. As for the sea and beach, they are really great! The free beach is also just a few steps away. So, great experience, thanks Ilaria!

Simply fantastic stay at Gino's beautiful apartment. Gino and his family, including his adorable daughter, were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. The house was cozy and cared for in every detail, helping to make our stay even more enjoyable. A pleasant surprise was the possibility of using the bicycles made available to guests, which allowed us to explore the area in a fun and relaxing way. An unforgettable experience, absolutely recommended!

Great location, close to the beach, shops, coffee shops and near the best iceacream in town. Walkable distance from the centre of San Benedetto del Tronto as well. The flat was very clean with everything that you could possibly need for a nice vacation without worries. Very spacious bedrooms with big wardrobes, enough for 5 people. The lift in the building was a bonus as we had a disabled person with us. Martina and Ivana were very kind to allow us to check in earlier and they always contacted me to make sure we have everything we need. We had a marvelous time and hoping to repeat next year. Half of the guests were only speaking english and they would've liked one english channel on the tv, but it wasn't a tragedy not to have it. I would definitely recomand it to anyone.

We had a lovely few days stay at Pino's apartment. The unit was exactly as shown in the photos and exactly as described- very walkable and close to many bars, restaurants and caffes. We would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone looking to stay in centro in San Benedetto.

The appartment of Orietta is perfect located just acroos the street to the beach. It is very clean and you have a great view from the balcony to the sea and over Grotammare. For family with kids we can fully recommend Oriettas appartment.
