Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Province of Ascoli Piceno

We wanted to treat ourselves after the Covid crisis. We love walking and nature and wanted to be right next to the mountains. The tower is exquisite as are the gardens, the views and the hosts. For a unique experience it will be hard to surpass.

We went to stay with the whole family (2 adults and 2 children) with Paola and Luca and would recommend it to anyone. Apart from the fact that the location is beautiful, Paola and Luca are also two warm, pleasant, friendly, helpful people. They were always ready to answer our questions, tips for sightseeing, help where needed... In short, the hospitality we could only dream of in advance. In addition, they produce delicious wines and a tasting was organized for a very democratic price. We plan to return there in advance. Grazie Paola e Luca! Ci rivedremo!

Paola and the family were so friendly. We had the most amazing stay for two nights and wished we had stayed longer. The premesis is stunning and their wine is beautiful. We will be back!

This was hands down my favorite Airbnb of all time! The apartment is absolutely beautiful—immaculately clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The view is truly magical, even better than the photos, which don’t begin to capture how special it really is. What made the experience even more unforgettable were our amazing hosts, Paola and Luca. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We were a family of six and this place was extremely comfortable for us all. We loved the pool and used the kitchen to cook several times. We had some of the best food of our whole Italy trip in nearby towns, following the recommendations given to us by Paola. I can’t recommend this place enough—an unforgettable stay in a perfect setting. I’m already planning a couples trip to come back!

Sandro was a true legend. Very friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the stay, very peaceful and lovely to have a pool right at hand. You’ll need a car to get around in the area, but if you do it’s perfect to get both the beach and a relaxing location. Can recommend!

Paola and Luca are very nice and caring hosts. They gave us a very warm welcome. The vineyard is very well maintained and the rooms are also great! The pool invites you to relax and the kitchen is well equipped. We would love to come back ☺️

Stefano and Roberta offer 2 apartments ideal for families with 2 bedrooms each and a lovely view of the beautiful landscape of the steps. Quiet, nicely decorated, both the summer garden with tables and barbecues (breakfast is very pleasant like aperitifs) and the adjoining pool, as well as the house, are furnished with all comforts and care. Great for “chiller.” The view is beautiful and the area is full of pretty villages. Finally Stefano and Roberta are very friendly, proactive, kind, and friendly. It feels like home with friends right away! Hosting beyond expectations and a wonderful spot to summarize. A plebiscite for our guests. For children, pets (cats and one dog) are a plus. A cute little cottage, very well equipped with a terrace with exceptional views. The pool is clean and accessible. Daniele and his wife are lovely and available people. We highly recommend and also recommend the restaurant (simple and delicious cuisine with a great value for money).

We received a very warm welcome from the family. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxation. Our host, Pia, surprised us several times with freshly baked cakes, eggs from their own chickens, and even an aperitivo by the pool. The garage features a 6–7 kW charger for electric cars, which is a major plus for this area and accommodation. I’d totally recommend staying at the accommodation in this area.

We stayed one night at Giampaolo and Marina's, super nice hosts, beautiful place with a breathtaking view, spacious clean rooms and an outdoor garden where you can dine under the stars with magnificent olive trees. If you want to visit a small village in the Marche region and relax, this is an ideal place.

Our stay at Carla's apartment was perfect. The place has all things necessary for a pleasant time and Carla's hospilality is brilliant!

Large, beautiful, brand new and with a very useful large equipped outdoor space. Ten min. on foot from the sea and 20 min. on foot from the historic center of S.Benedetto. Andrea was very kind, super welcoming and helpful: the car had broken at the last before departure and Andrea did us the courtesy of picking us up at the station. Great dining tips, too.
