Monthly Rentals in Prospect Lake

Always love staying here with our dogs! Worth noting though that if your dog gets stressed out by squirrels, be wary of the backyard. The squirrels will for sure taunt the dogs, lol. I’m pretty sure people feed these little guys and that’s why they were so active in the backyard. This place is a great location in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown.

Excellent stay. Location is great. Host was very communicative-had one question when arrived and got an immediate response. Airbnb has uniquely large outdoor space (for such a central location). Loved lounging on outdoor daybed swing and using hot tub. Pup loved the fenced backyard (yes it’s fully fenced-I was not 100 percent sure from one pic). We had a great time and would recommend..

My family and I enjoyed all the amenities that were provided. Coffee!! A must have, for us and snacks for the kids. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fire pit. The space inside the house was comfortable even with the portable AC system and standing fans in each room. We will definitely return to Colorado Springs and would love to rent Jacquie’s lovely, convenient home!!

Wonderful outdoor space and cozy home. Quick walk to Prospect Park which has a spectacular view of the mountains (we recommend walking counterclockwise along the path). Virginia was easy to work with throughout our stay. We were given an early check-in, and the checkout process was the easiest one we've ever had with an AirBnB.
