This great space has all the comforts you need for a enjoyable home away from home. There is a sleeping, lounging and dining area as well as a kitchenette, bathroom and a lovely patio space. We have established and grow a large variety of edible plants. On our 1/4 acre lot we use a compost and a rain catching system to support our food forest, spiral herb garden and annual beds. We raise chickens and have been attempting to start an apiary. I am happy to give garden tours if interested.

The Happy Cottage - Historic Downtown Dairy

The historic Sinton Dairy was owned by the Sinton family in the early 1900s. This cottage was the original hose house and is located behind the main home on the property. It has been transformed into a beautiful fabulously furnished one bedroom cottage, complete with a full bath and fully stocked kitchen. The amazingly comfy bed and luxury linens will have you wanting to sleep in! Our home is located minutes from the heart of downtown and I 25! Permit number STR0253

Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.
