The Happy Cottage - Historic Downtown Dairy

The historic Sinton Dairy was owned by the Sinton family in the early 1900s. This cottage was the original hose house and is located behind the main home on the property. Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.
