Holiday rentals with a balcony in Procchio

Great accommodation. Close to supermarket. Good location to take day trips to other corners of the island. In the immediate vicinity rather little to visit on foot. But that was ok with us.

It was a pleasent stay at Casa le Pitte. Very quiet and peacefull place. Alot of privacy. Very kind owner who speaks English very well, she gave us plenty advices to visit a beautiful places on island. I appreciate for opportunity that we were allowed to come earlier od the first day in the apartment. We had our dog with us without any problem. Location is a good spot for different bike trails. Market, gas station is quite near. I would defenetly recomend to choose this place to stay at Elba.

Beautiful apartment located in a private complex that includes several private villas in addition to the residence. Great amenities: pools, bars, pizzeria, restaurant all in the private park and reserved only for guests of the complex. Crystal clear sea. Apartment complete with every comfort. Beautiful area super close to the beach. Had a great time

We loved our stay at Capo Perla. The location was stunning, with incredible view from the terrace and a short walk down to the quiet beach with crystal clear waters. Perfect spot for some peace and tranquility away from the main crowds on the island and just a 4 minute drive to the gorgeous town of Capoliveri. The host was friendly and responsive to all our needs. We loved the outdoor shower, though it is not totally private!

The place is wonderful, with a panoramic view of the sea, two beaches and an infinity pool. Very quiet even at night, there is little traffic and you can hear the seagulls, really nice. The apartments were also nice and clean and there was everything you needed to cook, make coffee and everything. The only thing I didn't like was that for a whole week the pool wasn't cleaned. The first few days we bathed, but after the third day, seeing that it hadn't been cleaned even once and was so dirty, being in nature, we no longer had the courage. But the place and the staff of the facility deserve 5 stars. Thanks, see you next time.

Our stay exceeded expectations! Relaxed environment, beautiful view, apartment equipped with all comforts. The city center, reached by car, is a few minutes away and very lively. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful family holiday in San Vincenzo. The location was great with fantastic views. The place was very clean and perfectly adequate for 2 adults and three small children. Communication in advance and on site worked out just fine. We will be happy to come back.

House as described, one hundred of Capoliveri are very close but at the same time a quiet and peaceful area, characterized by a series of villas. The first beaches are easily accessible in minutes. The house has a nice outdoor space, a large kitchen with everything you need, spacious rooms and large closets. I really recommend it, the only downside is the cost of cleaning, a little higher than the average.

Modern furnished and clean 2-room loft with a spacious terrace. This is equipped with two sun loungers, a table with four chairs and a cozy lounge – perfect for two to feel comfortable. The apartment is easy to find, but getting there requires some driving skill as the last 50 meters lead over a natural road. The center of Capoliveri is in about 10 minutes walking distance. In the neighborhood, there are often dogs that are outside during the day and sometimes also at night and make themselves noticeable accordingly. For animal-loving guests, this should not be a big problem, but it is good to know in advance if you prefer absolute tranquility.

We had a wonderful time on Elba and can absolutely recommend the accommodation! The view from the apartment to the sea is simply fantastic – looking at the sea every morning was a dream. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The kitchen in particular was superbly equipped! The location is nice and central, so you can quickly get to the surrounding towns, but still have your peace. The hosts were incredibly warm and helpful – you immediately feel welcome. Elba itself is fantastically beautiful, we will definitely come back!

Top accommodation - we felt very comfortable. Great terrace with great views. Air conditioning/heating in 3 rooms. Everything quite new and nicely renovated. A little far to the beach/restaurant - but did not bother us. I would like to express special thanks and praise to the local host.
