Holiday rentals with a patio in Procchio

Very difficult to summarize how nice it was to be Alberto's guests who from the first contacts have always been exquisitely kind, he waited for us upon arrival with thoughtful attention showing us his beautiful house that is much more beautiful than in the photos and the necessary information. The house at any time is full of light and exquisitely furnished spaces that the sea sometimes forgets... I didn't know Marciana Marina, but thanks to this wonderful week I'm sure I'll be back very soon. Thank you Alberto 🌹

Alessia's place is very well located in Portoferraio, a short walk to Ghiaie beach, the city center and the ferry. It matches the description, is comfortable and functional. The private terrace and garden are a plus. Alessia is very welcoming and caring. She is available if needed and has offered us croissants several times for breakfast. We recommend:)

The apartment is just as beautiful as in the pictures. The view of the sea is simply wonderful, only a whale or a couple of dolphins did not swim by :-). The village is also very nice, bakeries and shops within walking distance. Beach / harbor and promenade around the corner. Hiking is possible directly from the front door. We felt very comfortable!

We felt very comfortable in Federico's house... a wonderful terrace with sea views, which we liked and often used... a few steps to three very nice and clean beaches... in the kitchen everything was available... a very quiet place, which we greatly appreciated.

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

Great place to stay, absolutely recommended! The house was clean, organized and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The outdoor space is very functional and well-kept, there is even hot water for the outdoor shower. The beach (both free and equipped) is behind the house and there are both a supermarket and many excellent commercial activities nearby. Andrea and Luisa were really friendly, kind and helpful, perfect hosts. One of the best homes we tried, we felt right at home and we will gladly come back!

We spent beautiful days on Elba as a family. The children could play in the garden, the beautiful sandy beach was within walking distance. We were alone in the cottage, it was quiet and has everything you need. I particularly highlight the very good communication before and during the stay with the owners and Ivana. Ivana lives in Elba and takes care of everything on site. She is adorable and always very friendly and helpful! Thank you again!

The apartment was very nice and very clean, we lacked nothing. Procchio is a very nice little place! The deck is so beautiful. We also found the location generally good, only the main road was quite noisy during the day. Thank you for the wonderful stay :)

Nice apartment with as plus points the loggia with sea view and a parking space in front of the door. Close to restaurants and beach, via a short route. Marciana Marina is a quiet and cozy village. Funny thing is that a well-known series is recorded at Barlume by the harbor.

Quiet place and close to supermarkets, even on foot you can reach any place with a maximum of halfanhour of walking, very nice and well furnished house

We stayed at Andrea and Marta's place for two weeks and spent our first family vacation together with them. We felt immediately comfortable and we didn't miss anything: easy communication with quick accessibility of the two, tips for the area, personal welcome gift, clean apartment and full amenities, fantastic location with great pool and nature all around. In short, we quickly felt very comfortable and at home (despite mediocre weather). The animals on the property are super friendly and child-friendly. All beaches can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Restaurants can be found in the small towns all around. Even larger day trips (Elba Island, Pisa, Lucca, Castiglione della Pescaia,...) can be arranged very easily from the accommodation. Overall: a great, unforgettable vacation. We would come back anytime!

The apartment is beautiful. The construction substance is high quality. It is super clean, everything you need is available. The location is Génial, everything is within walking distance. The stay at Sofia's apartment was very nice. The great view was a highlight and the air conditioning was worth gold at the hot temperatures! Unfortunately, the upper sleeping area could not be cooled as well as downstairs as the air conditioner is downstairs. Kitchen and bathroom were conveniently equipped. If you eat more often, the kitchen area was sufficient. Particularly noteworthy is Sofia's hospitality and helpfulness. She was always responsive, gave a lot of helpful tips and took care of everything. She even brought us a kettle and helped us pay for a parking ticket. Thank you so much for everything and the beautiful time in Punta Ala, Sofia!☀️
