Nice flat, close to two beautiful beaches (reachable by foot)! Super nice view from the terrace.

Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

Excellent apartment, spacious, very clean, comfortable, perfectly maintained. Equipped with everything you need, even for a short stay. Rosalba is very kind, always present and available. The value for the money is great.

Gorgeous location and views

We had a great time in this oasis of peace! The terrace is something incredible, so much so that we never went to dinner at the restaurant because we had a beautiful view. Thank you Roberto!

We returned to Lisa's apartment for the second time and had a great time. The proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island then gives an added value to the whole. Highly recommended

I'm not sure I spoke to Jade about the reservation and to have some information, but anyone who wrote to me was always very friendly and helpful. During check-in and my stay, I interacted with my parents, especially Mrs. Gigliola. She always responded in a short time and was always extremely helpful. The apartment is as described. Convenient private parking 10 meters from the front door. Beautiful outdoor space with a coffee table, chairs and lounge chairs to enjoy the tranquility of the area, sunset sipping an aperitif or just resting. On the same, they also provided 2 wires to ventilate the clothes placed or, possibly for the laundry, which I washed by hand. In view of the season not yet very hot, they have provided an electric heater. Without taking the car you can start on GTE trekking. Nearest Minimarket is 5 min by car (not cheap), otherwise 30' there is the supermarket.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

Great location and hospitality

We stayed in 4 with children aged 9 and 12 in the second week of July 2024. The apartment is spacious and well maintained with private parking space. It has two terraces that offer a wonderful view, pleasant and usable even during the day. It is equipped with almost everything (it lacks a dishwasher and the oven is not working but not bad). The apartment is located in a very well maintained and pleasant complex to walk around and is very quiet. It has practically no sandy beaches (there is not a small pebble) but offers points on the rock one more beautiful than the other with fairly simple water entrance in the high water, these can be reached with 5 mini walk. The pools are very nice, especially the savory one and in both there are bars. Nearby by car in 10 minutes you can reach Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need. Cristina was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasure to stay at the property, the highlights are the pool, access to the sea with private sunbathing dock and hot shower even by the pool . The house enjoys a great view, large and super equipped kitchen, comfortable and livable terraces, comfortable and new bathrooms. Really great experience!! Thank you to Daniele for your time!

Host very attentive to the needs of the people, kind and helpful; impeccable accommodation with level services (on all the tennis court and the pool), located a stone's throw from the sea. Really good experience.

Having traveled to quite a few places I can honestly say this was one of the nicest accommodations I've ever stayed at. Very quiet and relaxing place, very friendly host, we had a perfect time.

Filippo's accommodation was as described…Beautiful view, sometimes even dolphins visible from the terrace! Since our stay took place at the end of May, it was very quiet, the pool facilities and restaurants were still closed, but Filippo had already informed us and we enjoyed the quiet of the pre-season/nature! The accommodation was clean and everything was at our disposal. The way to the sea is easily accessible on foot in 5 minutes.... A beautiful beach awaits you!!! A car is definitely an advantage to explore Elba, as the accommodation is rather remote, but that did not bother us as it is located in a beautiful natural area. The accommodation is also well suited for dogs, and the beach is great for dogs! We had a wonderful time and can only recommend this accommodation!!!

Alessandra and Lelio offer a lovely place. Their apartments are surrounded by nature, enveloped in peace and quiet. With a nice walk you can access the beach, with a few steps, but it's really worth it. Quietly within the reach of children (our 2-year-old girl did it alone, simply with the help of her little hand) and also 4-legged friends! Crystal clear water, posidonia and beautiful seabed for snorkeling. Everything ends with Alessandra's kindness and hospitality that make her home unique. Next summer we will definitely think about coming back!

Staying at Mauro's was simply great! The location and the view are unique. The apartment has a very special charm and is perfect for two people. There is a lot of loving details. It was very clean and we were very comfortable right away. We also liked the bar next door, a place that seems to be very popular. It was perfect, as it was very quiet in the morning and lively in the evening and not too loud with the windows closed. Mauro was always easy to reach and very helpful. The apartment is small but cozy, suitable for two people. We found it very clean and tidy, with everything you need to live comfortably. The location is great for walking, Marciana Marina is the right place for those who want to take a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle. The host is very helpful and being affiliated we were able to save a little by buying the ferry tickets. I absolutely recommend staying here!

our stay at Carlotta's was very pleasant. Clean and nice apartment, close to the beach and the centre of Procchio. The outdoor space is a bit limited, but you can make do... we celebrated my birthday with a wonderful barbecue, thanks to the new and modern barbecue. The presence of the three geckos who brightened up the evenings was appreciated! See you soon!!

Two-room apartment very close to the center, easy to get around on foot and also reach the sea. Luca is very kind and available both before arrival and during the stay. Nothing was really missing, clean and surrounded by greenery on the terrace (with the company of many goats) Tip 👌🏻
