Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

The house is very brautiful, the gardens are amazing. We only stayed for two nights, but we had such a beautiful time there. There are a few garden spots to seat, realax, drink coffee or have breakfast. So beautiful. We had a realy nice stay. The owner was very kind, even offered us a coffe and let us stay an hour longer so we didn't need to hurry to check out in the morning. There are a lot of very beautiful spots near Torrinieri, so this was a perfect location for exploring Tuscany by car.

Excellent welcome from Cecilia, we were treated to a bottle of wine and a homemade pie! Cecilia is very available and accommodating. The apartment is spacious, clean and as advertised. We enjoyed the quiet and the garden just for us. Cecilia's recommendations for visits were also very useful to us so as not to miss out on very beautiful places.

We had to meet the host on site for check-in. The time arrangement was totally uncomplicated. After a short briefing, we immediately felt comfortable. The view from the balcony of San Gimignano was beautiful. The apartment is perfectly adequate and beautifully furnished. The hostess arranged a parking ticket for us, so we parked much cheaper. We would stay there again at any time.

Great experience with Stefano and his mom, 😊 it was like being in a family! Excellent welcome and a lot of availability towards us and towards some requests related to the comfort of our stay!

We had a fantastic stay thanks to the hospitality and enthusiasm of Barbara and Emmanuele, who were kind enough to spend unforgettable moments with us, despite their work obligations. The apartment is impeccable: clean, tidy and well organised. Their house is well located in southern Tuscany, not far from cultural and archaeological centres such as Vetulonia, Massa Marittima or Grosseto. Beautiful beaches are only 1/4 of an hour, 20 minutes by car, such as Follonica or Castiglione. A wonderful peaceful place in Tuscany. Spent most of our evenings out on the balcony, admiring the beautiful view. Home was well appointed and comfortable inside, and the host was very responsive to any questions or issues. Radda was also lovely, with good food, wine and a local tap room with interesting options! Would strongly recommend a stay here.

my partner and I stayed 3 nights and we wish we stayed longer! The place was very clean and our hosts were very friendly, always greeted us with a smile and their lovely pets in the morning. The countryside around the house is also stunning. I highly recommend if you looking for something serene and cozy. you're 10mins away from a town to do groceries and pick up local amazing fried fish.

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

Valeria and Simone have a super nice and clean apartment! We felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The apartment offers a great starting point for numerous hikes and excursions. During our stay, we always received good tips and advice from the two. Our dog also felt very comfortable and since the property is completely fenced, he could move freely. We would come back. It was an incredibly beautiful time!

We had a truly amazing stay at Andrea’s home. We were welcomed by his parents with a home made cake, jam and wine from a local winery. When planning the trip with our parents and 12 month old, we wanted somewhere we could enjoy amenities of the home, but also be close enough to day trip to different locations in Tuscany. This was the perfect spot! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as day trips to Florence, Grosseto and Siena. Andrea provided amazing recommendations on local places to visit, as well as advising that taking the bus to Florence from Paganico. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and host for our extended family trip to Tuscany!

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. The location is perfect — close to the city center and just a short walk from charming streets ideal for walking and exploring.
