Beachfront holiday rental in Principina a Mare

Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

We had a wonderful time in Giglio. The apartment exceeded our expectations, everything was there, everything worked, just so that it was comfortable for us from the first moment. The view of Campese is spectacular, the surroundings around the apartment are beautiful and functional. The communication worked tip top, we arrived late, but that was no problem. Since friends of ours were also on the island and we visited each other, I really appreciated that the kitchen equipment was not "counted", which means that there were also glasses, cups, etc. for visitors. We will be happy to come back!

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

An adorable beach house! Stayed there with 6 of us which was comfortable with the large balcony. A walk to the beach and a short drive into the beautiful Porto Ercole which is where we had dinner most nights. Thanks for having us to stay.

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop

everything is great. I suggest placing a few extra lights in front of the curtains to eat when it's dark.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

We chose this location as the first place to stay for our honeymoon trip and we really relaxed there. It was so quite, so calm, so intimate, it felt like home. The pool was clean, the view was amazing, so amazing that we preferred to prepare food or to buy something warm from the nearest Coop market and to eat it on our terrace than to go to a restaurant. The kitchen is small, you can prepare there only simple dishes. I totally recommend this house if you want privacy and a relaxing holiday.

A beautiful little house with a fantastic view of the sea. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are small but nicely furnished and you have everything you need. The terrace is very large with plenty of seating and beautiful tables. From there you have a wonderful view of the sea. The area consists of a few other vacation homes and is very quiet. There is a swimming pool that you can use and at the end of a long staircase an access to the sea (no beach but rocky but still great for swimming). Around the cottage is a small garden and many beautiful trees. Giovanni's father Eduardo welcomed us, showed us everything and was very friendly. If we had a question, we got an answer quickly. For shopping, you drive about 10-15 minutes by car to the next town. In summary: a very nice quiet place with perfect views with friendly people. We will be happy to come back.

What an amazing location with a sensational view. We were looking for a restful location in picturesque surroundings where we could relax and unwind; this was definitely that place. After a day at the beach (7 min walk - downhill way there and quite a steap climb back if you decided not to drive) this had all the (immaculately landscaped) outdoor living spaces you need to relax into the evening and look out to sea as the day ends....views you could even enjoy from the brilliant outdoor shower! The accomodation was perfect for our group (3 adult couples) and on the warmer days it was nice to have the air conditioning. Both the owner and the host were helpful and responsive throughout. The only noteworthy things are that the drive into the location was along some tight and twisty cliff roads (I would not like to drive it in the dark) and the local beach is rocky so I would highly recommend swimming shoes. Overall we felt this was a magical place and had an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea's apartment on Elba. The place is very nice and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We were particularly impressed by the pool, which is super well maintained and a real eye-catcher. The house itself is also in excellent condition and is obviously well maintained. Andrea as a host was always friendly and helpful. He was always on hand when needed and made us feel welcome. His commitment and care made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we give 5 out of 5 stars and can highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a relaxing and beautiful time on Elba.

A very special place that we were now able to enjoy for the second time. Peace and quiet in the beautiful surroundings of the property with the great view of the sea guaranteed! There were four of us again as a family with two adult children and cooked a lot in the well appointed kitchen. Loredana is a very good host who welcomed us in a friendly way even when we arrived at night after a car breakdown. Thank you for everything, Loredana! We will be happy to come back.

Great apartment, with many small details. The apartment looks like the photos. The view of the sea is very nice. Check-in was straightforward and the apartment was very easy to find. There is a parking space right outside the door. I definitely recommend the place.

Nice little house, nice space, very clean, attached to the sea, great restaurants nearby, nice promenade where you can take evening walks, the hosts are very kind and responsive in responding to messages

very close to the sea, 5 min walk. comfortable, clean, spacious accommodation and very kind host. 2 min walk from the supermarket and shops. I was afraid because there was no air conditioning but both day and night the house is well ventilated thanks to the breeze practically always present. The outdoor shower is excellent.

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful apartment very much. Very nicely furnished, clean and everything we needed was available (detergent, enough blankets, well-equipped kitchen). The AC worked great. Amazing location, right on the beach. Many beautiful beaches are within walking distance, as well as a large shopping centre and many restaurants. We will be happy to come back. 😃

We spent 5 nights there. Small accommodation as a family of 4, but completely sufficient and with a beautiful terrace and everything within walking distance (beach, supermarket, restaurants). Unfortunately, the washing machine broke down just before we arrived, but Carlo is trying to fix the problems. In any case, communication with Carlo was always very fast and friendly, even when he wasn't there in person! In total, everything as described and a nice, relaxed time that we spent in Principina a Mare

Beautiful place right by the sea. The view from the bedroom is particularly impressive - the sound of the waves makes for a good night's sleep. Anyway in the low season it was wonderfully quiet. Parking right at the property was a big plus. We will be happy to come back!

Jessica was so easy to coordinate with and we couldn't have been in a better location! The apartment is so charming and we had the best stay.

Beautiful apartment with a view of the sea. With all the comforts and functionally furnished. Glad that parking on the property was possible. Ideal for a beach vacation, nice boulevard and countless beach bars but also many beautiful sights within driving distance. Direct hinterland apart from the pine forest some dull agricultural plains. But overall the apartment top and highly recommended. Just pay attention to bed linen/towels, we thought this was included, but still had to pay for this.
