This fabulous 1-bedroom ground floor apartment at The Bay Filey boasts generous space for up to 2 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs. There is a large open plan living/kitchen with day bed and trundle giving 2 full sized singles for the children. The bedroom has a king sized bed. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over. Outside, directly accessed from the apartment, is a patio with outdoor dining area. The Bay has a swimming pool, children's pool, gym, sauna, and steam room (complementary).

Our Beach House has open plan living areas, with a dining table for meals and a lounge with a log burner and Smart TV. The bi-fold doors lead to a deck with outdoor seating. At the rear there is an area for kids to play or for you to enjoy a bbq. The bedrooms both have TVS /DVDs. The resort is family/pet friendly with free use of the pool, and gym. The pub is child and dog friendly as is the bistro next door. The house is near the kids play area and the site has private access to Filey Beach.

The property is a three bedroom detached cottage . All of the bedrooms are ensuite and 2 have a balconly with a wonderful sea view. The ground floor comprises a generous entrance hall and large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is ample seating for both dining and relaxing and 3 sets of bifold doors open onto a patio and BBQ area with outdoor seating. There are unrestricted sea views and a large grassed area which is perfect for children and our furry friends to play on.
