Ivy Cottage is situated on The Award Winning Development of The Bay, Filey. It is beautifully presented and has two bedrooms, a Master Double and second bedroom having 2 single beds. There is a modern and very well equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower over, airy living room with dining area, plus downstairs WC. There is an outside patio/seating/ BBQ available for the use of Guest. The rear of the Cottage opens out onto a lovely communal but very quiet grassy area for you to enjoy🌞

The Happy Plaice Beach House

Our Beach House has open plan living areas, with a dining table for meals and a lounge with a log burner and Smart TV. The bi-fold doors lead to a deck with outdoor seating. At the rear there is an area for kids to play or for you to enjoy a bbq. The bedrooms both have TVS /DVDs. The resort is family/pet friendly with free use of the pool, and gym. The pub is child and dog friendly as is the bistro next door. The house is near the kids play area and the site has private access to Filey Beach.

Willow Cottage is a light, airy, spacious, modern cottage situated at The Bay, Filey. We are dog friendly offering South facing patio area in a quiet, relatively private area to the rear with BBQ. Open living with a downstairs WC. Two double bedrooms both with king size beds (one with en-suite). The 3rd bedroom has 2 x single beds. Free parking! 10 minute stroll to the amazing beach! Great on site facilities incl. pub, restaurant, pool, sauna, steam room. Shop and kids activities available.

JJs Luxury Lodge situated at Allerthorpe 5 Star Country Park, York. Our Lodge is brand new top of the range and ideal for couples or families of 4 people. Fitted to your private patio is a super luxury high tech extra warm hot tub that is private and for your use. The lodge is fully equipped with TV, Sound System, Luxury Sofas, Fire Place and fully fitted Kitchen with all the equipment. The Master room also has En-Suite. JJs also owns the Bar & Restaurant Onsite. Guests are well looked after!

Our beautiful lodge is situated on a quieter part of Primrose Valley Holiday Park (Havens flagship park). We only book Saturday to Saturday 7 Nights.Passes are available from Haven to use the two fabulous swimming pools, entertainment venues and activities. There are also eateries, restaurant, shop and launderette within a 10 minute walk. Our lodge overlooks Reighton Bay, in a front row sea view position with beach access close by. The caravan is stylish and comfortable with a large balcony.

Our pet friendly beach house has a seaside theme inside, with log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. But in our opinion, the best bit is that just a 10 minute walk along a private path gives direct access to the award winning Filey Bay with its miles of wide sandy beach. And the second best bit is that there are no dog restrictions on this part of the beach all year round!

The 'Cow Shed' has a double bed, (we can also supply 2 single (memory foam) mattresses for a party of 4) . Price shown is for your own bedding - but we can supply our 100% cotton bedding and towels for an extra charge. BREAKFAST IS NOT SUPPLIED. Free parking, 10 mins walk from Scalby village, 15mins drive from Scarborough, or Dalby forest, and 8 from the Open Air Theatre. There is a camping toilet in a side room of the shed with flushing toilet/hot showers nearby.
