The apartment is in a 120-year-old brick remise. It has an unobstructed south-facing view of the Havel region. On the first floor is a kitchen-living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (without outdoor facilities): 40 square meters. Bed linen and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. 3 more people can stay there.

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

This is an in-law. The apartment has a kitchen-living room with sofa bed + TV and a bathroom with tub. Soon the apartment will be expanded by a large room. The access to the apartment is seperate. A car parking space is available. The property has an outskirts location near the Havel. A barge or kayak is available for tours. Other activities: fish sounding tours, guitar studio, riding stable, children's riding trails, cycling and hiking trails. Shopping 2km

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The apartment with private entrance has been equipped to a high standard. Underfloor heating with oak floorboards, fireplace, high-quality bathroom amenities (tub + shower). The built-in kitchen with dishwasher is very well equipped and also has a Nespresso capsule machine. Rural location in the small village of Grebs im Hohen Fläming 45 minutes south-west of Berlin. The large communal garden offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the first floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. Pool and whirlpool (covered outside) are of course also available and are included. Please contact us in advance. 😊

Freuen Sie sich auf eine besondere Überraschung: Hier wartet im Dachgeschoss ein wunderbar geräumiger Loft-Raum! Ein Raum mit viel, viel Licht und noch mehr Raumvolumen! Im Zentrum steht das spektakuläre, runde Südfenster, das den Rahmen vorgibt für den Postkarten-Blick auf die Schlosswiese. Nach Westen geht es hinaus zur weiträumigen Terrasse. Das ist das perfekte Frühstückszimmer – und abends der richtige Logenplatz für den Sonnenuntergang.

Large and colorful + sauna

We rolled up our sleeves again and made the over 80 m² Melkerwohnung apartment on the upper floor of our residential building fit. It was important to us to use existing historical furniture and components, as well as the use of natural building materials: lime plaster, wood from our own forest, wood fiber insulation panels, linseed oil, wooden windows... The result is a spacious wellness apartment with some surprises.

Vacation home "Fährblick"

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is easily reachable by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to purchase a property right on the water. Next to our now completely renovated detached house, the cottage located directly on the water is also located on the property, which has now also been partially renovated.
