Charming family apartment with a lovely garden located at the entrance of Kamenjak Natural Reserve Park, a short walk to the beach. It is newly furnished and consists of a living room, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and private garden with BBQ. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, including dishwasher. The apartment is located on the ground floor, has AC, wifi, washing machine, TV with Netflix and parking place. Perfect for short and longer-term stays.

Del mar is very stylish and confortable place for 3 people 70 m.from the beach and 1 min by foot from big Max city mall(buy groceries,drink a coffee,watch movie cinestar,eat wok...).Beautifull location who has everything that you need !Gym on the open area,volleyball &child playground is also 70 m from app.We have bakery,2 great restaurants,fast food and ice cream , 2 bus station Parking place is near the app. and it is for free.We have new ski-lift with beach bar on the water :-)

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

This comfortable apartment with garden is close to the sea and beautiful beaches. The apartment consists of a large living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and of course a large covered terrace with a typical Istrian barbecue.
