We had a lovely stay at Serinas Chalet! A group of us went to Samoens for a ski trip and the walk to the ski lift through the forest was a great way to start the day and coming back to the chalet and putting the fire place on was the perfect ending!

What a wonderful place! Sylvaine and Jean Pierre were very responsive and welcoming hosts, and the location is absolutely perfect for exploring Chamonix, even without a car. The space was well provisioned, and the views from the upper porch and lawn lounge are breathtaking.

This was a lovely chalet with the most incredible views. Lots of space and the bonus of toys for our 6/9 year old grand children. We found having a car great to drive them 7 minutes to ski school but there were ski buses. Shops within a 10 minute walk. For us the nursery slope with a drag lift 2 minutes walk at the end of the road for tobogganing/skiing was a massive bonus for late afternoon fun. What more can you say when your 9 year old grandson says it was the best holiday he had ever had a didn’t want to leave (neither did we).

Maison très agréable pour notre séjour en famille avec la possibilité d'avoir un espace pour chaque groupe. Pièce de vie spacieuse et confortable pour notre groupe (10 pers). Le Logement est très bien situé à proximité du lac et de la piste cyclable. Marina est réactive et s'est adapté à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle maison. La communication avec Justine était très facile et la maison très agréable à vivre.

we had a really good stay here. location is excellent - short walk to either town , or Planards where the (little) kids were for ski school, yet away from the main road. The Apartment was clean, smart and comfortable. Checkin instructions were clear and timely and they were quick to respond to any questions we had during the week. Would certainly stay again!

Très beau logement et très grand, à proximité d'Iséta pour les formations professionnelles, très près du lac et de la piste cyclable faisant le tour du lac, au bout du jardin!! Appart silencieux, propre et fonctionnel, hôte très agréable et fournie de précieux services de proximité. Boulangerie et restaurant à deux pas. Superbe!

Le logement proposé par Josiane est sans aucun doute le meilleur que nous ayons eu l’occasion de découvrir parmi la vingtaine de logements Airbnb que nous avons testés ! L’appartement est extrêmement propre, parfaitement équipé et très confortable. L’accueil de Josiane a été irréprochable : chaleureux, disponible et attentionné. La localisation est idéale : de magnifiques randonnées sont accessibles aux alentours, la charmante ville d’Annecy est à seulement 30 minutes, et une station de ski se trouve à peine à 10 minutes en voiture. Autre point pratique : un Intermarché se situe à seulement 5 minutes à pied, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Un immense merci à Josiane pour son accueil exceptionnel et pour avoir rendu notre séjour aussi agréable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Great location. Everything you need for skiing trip. Washing machine, shower, space, heat. Celine is very responsive. It is so close to the Grand Montets gondola. Great kitchen and facilities in general.

Appartement très confortable et parfaitement agencé. La terrasse est un plus agréable. Julie est une hôte remarquable. Avec des enfant, la navette, située de l’autre côté de la rue, est essentielle pour se rendre au front de neige.

Hôtes accueillants et disponibles. Logement idéal pour un couple, très bien équipé, décoré avec bon goût et propre. Très jolie vue sur les montagnes, coin extérieur paisible pour y déjeuner, dîner et y prendre l’apéro. Bien situé proche du lac d’Annecy, de La Clusaz, des restaurants et de tous commerces. Nous avons passé une semaine idéale à la montagne.

Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer une excellent séjour. En plus il est au pied des pistes, proche des magasins, et une superbe vue face aux montagnes et au soleil. Il est spacieux et possède de nombreux rangements ce qui n’est pas souvent le cas. Highly recommended. Adeline was a friendly, gracious, and responsive host, who made us feel at home. The apartment is clean and well lit. It was furnished with everything we needed for our stay, including a Tassimo coffee pod machine, an electric tea kettle, and a small washing machine. (Although there is no electric clothes dryer, the host left a large drying rack.) The apartment has rolling shutters, which kept the bedrooms dark at night. The air conditioner was quiet and effective. The kitchen and one bedroom open onto a beautiful backyard, equipped with lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table, and a ping pong table. We enjoyed the yard on the days it did not rain. The location is excellent--just off the bike path that surrounds the lake. It is walking distance to several public parks/beaches, the grocery store, and a bike-rental store (among other places). The host left a binder with dining and other recommendations, and she made a number of recommendations for places to visit.

Very centrally located and surprisingly spacious apartment. Groceries, shops, bars and restaurants just outside the block. Clever layout and surprisingly spacious. Facilities great. Car parking good access. Ian gave good tips re ski rental, ski areas and restaurants. Would rent again.

Heb super hard genoten van het verblijf. Alles was tip top inorde, proper, verzorgd. De vaatwas deed soms wel moeilijk en was niet altijd helemaal proper. Het stapelbedje was niet het beste bed maar was voldoende. Overal een uitstekende accomodatie

Le logement de Samuel est spacieux, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Gros plus pour la terrasse avec vue sur la montagne! Il est aussi bien placé, très central, avec un accès en 40min à Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval, 40min à Genève et 50min à Chamonix en voiture. Il y a aussi à quelques minutes en voiture un grand supermarché (Super U), de super restaurants aux alentours et une très bonne fromagerie à Marnaz (les fromages d'Amélie). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et l'acceuil et la réactivité de Samuel ont été exemplaires!
