Holiday houses in Praz-sur-Arly

Well appointed and modern apartment, quiet in the evenings and beds extremely comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen and utensils. A short steep walk into town, or a longer easier route if necessary. 4m drive to the ski lift, we found parking every day. I’d recommend booking a ski locker in advance of a trip as they were all booked out over school holidays, so we had to keep skis in our car.

Our stay with Tiffanie and her family was perfect! We appreciated the location of the house, located in the heights of Saint Jorioz which is easily accessible by car (10min). Annecy is 35-40min depending on traffic. Quick tips: the GPS indicates to take a steep path and forbidden to traffic just before arriving at the house, ignore it and continue straight ahead before turning right at the next intersection (many + passable). The accommodation is very functional and refurbished, the furniture and decor are of quality! We particularly appreciated the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), as well as the garden and the beautiful equipped terrace. We had a pleasant weekend in Carole's studio, clean, well equipped with beautiful mountain views. The accommodation is accessible, the road in the mountain is easy and it is easy to access. Carole had even cleared the snow from the steps between the parking lot and the studio It is close to Andilly Park and the hamlet of Santa Claus. We were able to enjoy the terrace in the sun and facing the mountain. Carole is attentive, considerate and available. She shares her good places with us. and thank you for the little touches for my 4-year-old son. We'll be happy to go back.

We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo’s studio, he was very accommodating to our early check in and assisted with any queries we had with haste. The accommodation was in perfect location, within walking distance to most places. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to stay again

Very pleasant and functional accommodation even at 8. [Sofa bed in the living room quite comfortable] Really ideal location from our point of view. The regular shuttles are nice with a very small one that does not practice the ski-in/ski-out slopes but the step to reach the slopes is really not long otherwise. The ski room is top + room with bench for putting on. There is a small convenience store at the bettex (the one 200m put the key under the door!). There is even a slope right in front of the windows for some toboggan runs over the time of noon or after closing the ski lifts [but it takes enough snow😕]. Vincent is a very attentive and responsive host. Anyway, a great week.
