Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Praz-sur-Arly

We arrived and left late. The host was very accommodating about it. The TV was a good size and had Netflix. We only stayed 2 nights and only ate in restaurants. The kitchen looked clean and properly equipped even though we didn't use it. They want you to take out the trash and remove the linens. I find that a bit annoying since you also pay a cleaning fee, but those are their rules and they're not completely unreasonable. The bike path is easily accessible which was important to us.

We had a lovely stay at Serinas Chalet! A group of us went to Samoens for a ski trip and the walk to the ski lift through the forest was a great way to start the day and coming back to the chalet and putting the fire place on was the perfect ending!

What a wonderful place! Sylvaine and Jean Pierre were very responsive and welcoming hosts, and the location is absolutely perfect for exploring Chamonix, even without a car. The space was well provisioned, and the views from the upper porch and lawn lounge are breathtaking.

Thank you to Carmel and Yves for your kindness, authenticity and kindness, your beautiful and peaceful accommodation allowed us to spend wonderful moments of friendship and ... with the beautiful weather we were able to enjoy a magnificent terrace with a magical view. This was a lovely chalet with the most incredible views. Lots of space and the bonus of toys for our 6/9 year old grand children. We found having a car great to drive them 7 minutes to ski school but there were ski buses. Shops within a 10 minute walk. For us the nursery slope with a drag lift 2 minutes walk at the end of the road for tobogganing/skiing was a massive bonus for late afternoon fun. What more can you say when your 9 year old grandson says it was the best holiday he had ever had a didn’t want to leave (neither did we).

Very nice house for our family stay with the possibility of having a space for each group. Spacious and comfortable living room for our group (10 people). The Property is very well located near the lake and the bike path. Marina is responsive and has adapted to our check-in and check-out times.

Excellent week last. Suggestion to Geo and Jany to turn down the heating, we were not cold for sure. A little transient road in the morning to hire. Thank you for hosting Geo and Jany.

Josiane's place is undoubtedly the best we've had the opportunity to discover among the twenty or so Airbnb listings we've tested! The apartment is extremely clean, perfectly equipped and very comfortable. Josiane's welcome was impeccable: warm, available and attentive. The location is ideal: beautiful hikes are accessible nearby, the charming town of Annecy is only 30 minutes away, and a ski resort is just 10 minutes away by car. Another convenient point: an Intermarché is just a 5-minute walk away, making the stay even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to Josiane for her exceptional hospitality and for making our stay so pleasant. We'll be happy to go back!

Great location. Everything you need for skiing trip. Washing machine, shower, space, heat. Celine is very responsive. It is so close to the Grand Montets gondola. Great kitchen and facilities in general.

Welcoming and available hosts. Ideal accommodation for a couple, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and clean. Very nice view of the mountains, peaceful outdoor area for lunch, dinner and aperitivo. Well located close to Lake Annecy, La Clusaz, restaurants and all shops. We had an ideal week in the mountains.

This was a great location and very quiet- except for the birds singing early every morning 🤣! Close to everything and very clean comfortable and convenient for our stay. Hope to return next year!

The listing is as described. There is everything you need for a great stay. In addition, it is at the foot of the slopes, close to shops, and a great view of the mountains and the sun. It is spacious and has plenty of storage which is not often the case. Thanks to Thierry for responding so quickly. I would recommned this property

A great flat - lovely high ceilings and wooden atmosphere

A perfect stay, Marilyn was present at check-in for all the explanations and for our departure. very convenient private parking during this weekend where all the Annecy car parks were full! 10 minutes walk from the lake and the city center, we were able to fully enjoy the weekend.

Very centrally located and surprisingly spacious apartment. Groceries, shops, bars and restaurants just outside the block. Clever layout and surprisingly spacious. Facilities great. Car parking good access. Ian gave good tips re ski rental, ski areas and restaurants. Would rent again.

Enjoyed the stay super hard. Everything was tip top order, clean, cared for. The dishwasher was sometimes difficult and was not always completely clean. The bunk bed was not the best bed but was sufficient. An excellent place to stay everywhere

Samuel's place is spacious, well equipped and functional. Big plus for the terrace with mountain views! It is also well located, very central, with 40min access to Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval, 40min to Geneva and 50min to Chamonix by car. There is also a few minutes drive away a large supermarket (Super U), great restaurants nearby and a very good cheese shop in Marnaz (Amélie's cheeses). We had a lovely stay and Samuel's welcome and responsiveness were exemplary!
