Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Praz-sur-Arly

We stayed at Jean-Pierre’s house over Christmas and we had an amazing time. There was lots of snow which made it even nicer. The house is beautifully decorated and super cosy. It has a massive outdoor space with bbq and a fireplace inside. Jean-Pierre was so kind to leave some Christmas decorations for us so we can feel at home and even left some food for us to have breakfast on the first day with a welcome bottle of wine and chocolate. We would love to go back and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay close to Chamonix and Geneva.

Very nice accommodation, quiet and well-equipped. The view of the mountains quickly looks like a vacation even for a few days!

Feel at home! You feel good from the moment you arrive, it's quiet, it's clean, there's everything to feel comfortable, I recommend it!

This was a lovely chalet with the most incredible views. Lots of space and the bonus of toys for our 6/9 year old grand children. We found having a car great to drive them 7 minutes to ski school but there were ski buses. Shops within a 10 minute walk. For us the nursery slope with a drag lift 2 minutes walk at the end of the road for tobogganing/skiing was a massive bonus for late afternoon fun. What more can you say when your 9 year old grandson says it was the best holiday he had ever had a didn’t want to leave (neither did we).

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful chalet. Everything was perfect, from impeccable cleanliness to more than complete equipment - there was absolutely nothing missing, we had everything we needed and even more! Marie and Philippe were very responsive. They answered all our questions quickly and were very welcoming when we arrived. The cottage is ideally located, with breathtaking views of the mountains. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. We highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a stay on the mountain. A little extra that made the difference for us: thank you to the hosts for accepting our two dogs who follow us everywhere!

The house is just perfect! It already looked beautiful in the photos, but in reality, it's even better. The cottage is impeccably clean, perfectly organized and very well maintained. The bed linen and towels were spotless, worthy of the best hotels. The roller shutter completely blocks the light, ensuring exceptional nights of sleep. The shower is fantastic, and the house heating is optimal. Nathalie is an exceptional host, always attentive, responsive and ready to help. My trip was even more special and unforgettable thanks to this wonderful stay!

We had two beautiful nights at Carole’s place in early March. The house was very charming and pristine. Despite us being 4 adults and 4 children - everyone had their own space, which was very lively. Carole was super responsive and also was very helpful with restaurant recommendations as we were celebrating a birthday. A little far off from everything but that’s what we wanted - very nice place to relax and just spend time together.

We rented Natasha’s place for a week - and must say, everyday we loved the place more and more !! Cozy and homey feeling, and the chalet has all what you need for a mountain vacation week. House is super clean, bed is comfy with optional lights and built in plugs, well heated, couch was so comfortable. Would recommend !! Will come again for sure !! Thank you.

The apartment is vey comfy and spacious. Rooms are cosy and the kitchen is well equipped. The only downsides were the fact that the TV was not properly working (at least we couldn't turn it on). As a heads-up the outside balcony can be super slippery with the snow, but Michele was super responsive and helpful anytime we needed.

Great stay in Les Praz. Super short walk to the Flegere lift. The apartment was as described. Fabien was super responsive and proactive and the perfect host. We enjoyed our stay there and would love to come back.

Good apartment in a great location, ideal walking distance for both the Pleney and Super Morzine lifts, restaurants and shops. Looks exactly like the photos and descriptions.

Just had an amazing 3 night break at Suzy's place. Perfect location for quick and easy access to the slopes. The apartment had everything we needed and, despite being a large group of 9, there was plenty of space. Right next door to 2 excellent restaurants at Hotel L'Etable and Mountain Lodge (advise you book in advance).

This apartment is a gem! Véronique was the perfect host, the apartment was very well equipped, had fast wifi and good parking. We skied for 4 days in Arêches Beaufort, it was an easy walk down to the village centre but we used the car to get to the lift station. Check in and out was relaxed and easy. There are 2 double bedrooms and a twin, all beds were comfortable. Arêches is a lovely traditional village and although the weather and snow conditions were less than perfect we could really see the potential for relatively safe off piste skiing in the area and the piste skiing, although not that extensive, was in lovely terrain.

Thank you so much for staying, where we stayed with our 2 children. The place is peaceful and charming. Everything is within walking distance . I want to salute the extreme cleanliness of the place. It was a pleasure.

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.
