The stay was very good, it attended me super well , we went in 4 adults and a 1 year baby and it was great. Quiet place, close to markets, pharmacies, restaurants, near Tenório and to walk on the Itagua waterfront. The apartment served us super well, good tv, good WiFi, basic utensils in the kitchen gave to cook quietly, clean and organized apartment, very spacious, Adriana and Michely super attentive, polite, friendly. Simply incredible, nothing like waking up in front of this blue Marzão, and sleeping with noises from the waves. The condominium has a private beach, the house has everything you need, simple structure, but very cozy. Would definitely recommend 🧡

The apartment deserves 6 stars, we had beautiful days there. The view from the balcony is charming, and we were able to contemplate the sunrise every day. The Perfect View of the Sea! It was a very special experience. The site is extremely like the photos, it met our expectation, it was super quick to communicate with the owner who kindly gave us all support when we needed it. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, pleasant environment, with all kitchen utensils, water drinking fountain, linens, etc... was a perfect stay! The condominium is super safe and the place really privileged. Besides the condominium is one of the most beautiful and charming in the region!

I want to leave my feedback about the apartment in Ibatuba do Marcel! 5 Star Note! From the front desk to the apartment itself, everything was amazing! The security and condominium were also very good. It was a perfect experience!

The apartment exactly matches the available photos. I went with a group of 9 people and we settled in the apartment perfectly. The place is very nice and beautiful, has beds for everyone, 3 new bathrooms, a large room and a large table. In addition, several amenities, such as appliances, washing machine, oven, stove, kettle, misteira... the building parking lot and the leisure area. The beach of the porpoises, in which the apt is located, does not have much structure (few kiosks and street vendors), it is very close to the site, we went on foot, but at night there is nothing in front of the condominium to do... We always use a car to go to other beaches and at night we also drive to Itaguá (some 10min) or to the big beach (4min). Despite this, the condominium has many leisure structures, swimming pool, sauna, several blocks, garden... it is excellent. We love the stay!

The condominium is excellent, well organized and safe. The apartment is very nice, with all the necessary furniture and utensils. The host was very polite and communicative.

The Host's Education and Care with our stay. Perfect location in the center next to all the sites we intended to visit during the holiday. We went on foot in most locations. Perfect. We were able to take our pet without any problem or requirement outside the standards of a condominium. I recommend it to everyone who searches the region.

The apartment is beautiful, organized and clean! As I went with my parents, who are older, and my brothers, I felt very safe inside the building. There is a market, bakery and bars nearby. The beach is also within walking distance and most of the kiosks were open with ambient music! I recommend it without hesitation and I hope to have the opportunity to return because we only did a quick visit! The only point, which I leave as a tip for those who are renting, is to bring sheets and towels.

Very easy and quiet place to get to, with good communication and tips, it was easy to enter the building and the apartment. Upon entering, we received a welcome letter and a treat that we really liked, making it an incredible differential. As described, the AP is indeed charming, elegant and very beautiful. Super clean accommodation and everything is very new. Very kind and polite hosts gave us all the possible tips for agility and quality for our comfort. We are totally grateful.

We had a wonderful stay! The studio is in an excellent location, with market, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. The street is super quiet and at night the silence is absolute, we slept very well. The place has everything we need to prepare quick meals, and the center is also close by car. It was our first time in Ubatuba, and we already want to go back to exactly the same place!

The extremely quiet place and the very nice apartment, you can really hear the waves (very strong at night) from inside the apartment, for those who like the sound of the sea and a beautiful view in the morning is worth it. The beach was very quiet even though it was a long holiday and is great for those who enjoy swimming, kayaking and standup paddle. The pool next to the restaurant and the beautiful view is also very good. The market within the condominium has really fair prices (unlike the beach kiosk). The host was very considerate.

We spent a wonderful family weekend at the ap. the view is perfect and the accommodation was great too. I would like to leave some suggestions that I believe can improve the listing for future guests and even return. It would be some protection on the balconies, going with a child the care is redoubled. And also something to extend the clothes, come back from the beach with wet td, some portable clothes, even there is one, but I found it small. Just details. We loved the place, there were tds the kitchen utensils, and it was clean. Td is exactly like in the pictures and Othon was requested in the messages. I even forwarded the link to friends and family.

We had a great time at Ivan's place, even though weather conditions didn't help! The space is super comfortable, condominium easy to access and very close to the beach! We will definitely come back more often!
