Our accommodation was excellent. We stayed in 4 adults and we were very comfortable. The bachelor mattresses are firmer, but everything as described in the advertisement. The apartment is complete and it was clean when we arrived. You are about 600 m from Itagua beach, a quiet place close to the Guarani street where the restaurants are located. You can do everything on foot, including the morning walks on the beachfront. For breakfast we opted for bakeries around the neighborhood, with emphasis on San Marco (4 blocks from apt) and Integrale (10 blocks). Atendimento do Fernando e da Cátia sensational, agile and very helpful.

The apartment was very clean, the communication was very quiet and everything went very well. Great location a few meters from the beach and the side market was very helpful during our stay.

My experience was positive. The apartment has an excellent location, close to the center, restaurants and beaches. The kitchen is well equipped, containing everything we needed for the stay. In addition, the apartment was clean and organized when we arrived. Luana welcomed us promptly, was very flexible with check-in and check-out times and provided us with several tips on places to visit, restaurants and even explained the city's environmental fee. One suggestion would be to install screens on the windows. During our stay, we caught a week of intense heat wave and, despite the fans available, the environment was still quite hot. We tried to keep the windows open to cool off, but it ended up attracting mosquitoes. Placing screens would greatly help air circulation. Overall, the apartment perfectly met our needs and we are very grateful for the accommodation!

Edson was an outstanding host and we truly enjoyed ourselves at the apartment. The apartment is very close to several beaches and the swimming pool was splendid. The security guards at the front gate were very nice. Bed linen is an extra charge and that was something we had to consider. Luckily, the linen was all set up when we arrived, and we got to focus on the beautiful nearby beaches of Ubatuba.

My stay was simply perfect! The space is super pleasant, with a charming exterior decoration, full of plants, as well as a very convenient parking lot. The interior of the house is also very well decorated, bringing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The site is air-conditioned, which made all the difference. The kitchen is complete, very well-equipped, and both the room and the bathroom were impeccable. And the great highlight was the whirlpool, simply wonderful, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach! The location is also excellent, providing incredible moments of rest and leisure. I highly recommend and I will definitely return!

The Host's Education and Care with our stay. Perfect location in the center next to all the sites we intended to visit during the holiday. We went on foot in most locations. Perfect. Very easy and quiet place to get to, with good communication and tips, it was easy to enter the building and the apartment. Upon entering, we received a welcome letter and a treat that we really liked, making it an incredible differential. As described, the AP is indeed charming, elegant and very beautiful. Beautiful and cozy house, we felt like at home. Everything is extremely clean and neat, well decorated. Kitchen very complete, with ALL utensils. The house is huge, the condominium is beautiful that makes you want to live there The rooms are large and the beds are great! Great for those who go with children. We had a great stay at the Lais property. The Coverage is much more cozy and beautiful than the photos suggest. Decoration of great taste other than the property has all kinds of utensils you may need and everything in state again. We love the comfort, the charm of this property and especially the spectacular view of the beach. As for the host has helped us a lot with precious tips from the area, I hope to come back again. The condominium has a leisure area with a soap pool. Gratidão Lais for providing us with wonderful days in your coverage.

Márcia was extremely polite and helpful! The place was very clean, and it was very easy to keep it clean. I thought it was excellent for a short stay (if you have small children, the place might be relatively small). the place is very close to the beach and easy to access. Quiet beach and the view is beautiful (prepare for stairs, but it's worth it).

Simply perfect, sir Ivan was extremely attentive making himself available for any eventuality. The apartment is wonderful, with an amazing view of both the rooms and the balcony. It was cleanissimo and the check in was done very easily. The "condominium" is very good and is in a privileged place in the quieter area of Praia Grande. Anyway, recommendadissimo. Every year I go to Grand Bali at least once; from today onwards I hope to stay only in this apartment.

The apartment exactly matches the description, with great location and services around. The apartment number is wrong in the description, is 22 and not 2, which hindered a little to reach the correct address, but nothing too much for the host to respond quickly. All perfect.

Clarissa was very helpful from the start and responded quickly. The condominium is relatively far from the center, but it is easy to access. Super markets, bakeries and pharmacies are on the same street as the condo, so it is very easy to get to these places. Super recommend it!
