Cozy house with a beautiful view, close to Guarani street (where everything happens at night) and close to Praia Grande de Ubatuba (about 5 min by car - even less). Casa was clean, airy, air-conditioned in all the rooms that work very well and is on the roof of the building (place where the leisure area is), which is very good for those who want to enjoy the pool.

The impeccable apartment, with all the utensils, even had wonderful bed linen and pillows, the clean, cozy and very spacious environment. Amazing Andrea, always helpful and helped us a lot with the flexibility of schedules! I highly recommend!

The location is excellent, it has everything you need nearby. The place is very cozy, perfect to relax and enjoy the beach, we loved sitting and enjoying the side view of the sea and the infrastructure that the apartment provides is excellent. Simone welcomed us very well and whenever we needed her, she was attentive to providing us with a wonderful stay, it was all very peaceful and pleasant to stay in this apartment. We'll be back on other occasions!

Perfect. Our stay was wonderful, the apartment is beautiful, super well decorated, we felt at home, literally. It exceeded expectations. Everything super clean, with everything you need in a home. Great shower, Comfortable and super-smelling beds. Dirce very attentive. Paula and husband then... there is no talk, they treated us well. This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

Our experience at the Lia house was unforgettable. We were very welcome. Gabi, took care of all the details and was always available to help. The house was impeccable, all the rooms clean and other spaces of the house, the hydro made a big difference, as we took a few days of rain, but nothing that takes away the glare and the desire to stay in the Lia house. We returned to our home with a grateful heart.

Very clean and comfortable house, complete with all necessary (kitchen utensils, bedrooms, barbecue, etcc). Nice location and easy to locate. Our stay at the beach house at Enseada was excellent! The house is large, well cared for and very comfortable, with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Everything was clean and well prepared for our arrival. A special highlight goes to the homemade Fabiano and his wife who were extremely kind, helpful and always available to help us with whatever we needed. It was a wonderful experience and we would certainly return. Super recommended!

The space is even bigger and more beautiful in person, held all 15 family members in comfort, the pool was very clean, as was the whole house. The host is very helpful and is quick to respond to messages.

We spent 8 days in the apartment and it was just amazing. It's exactly like the photos of the ad, air-conditioning in the living room and room in perfect working room, all the necessary kitchen utensils, wonderful location, practically shore and the space of the apt was great for my family, we went in 3, including a child! I would like to mention also how wonderful the host, Sônia, was wonderful with us! We need to change the date of the trip and it was extremely understanding and helpful! Not to mention that every time we need to contact her, she was on standby to meet us to answer questions, provide assistance and provide all the necessary information! Surely made our stay even better! The host's impeccable treatment and amazing fit too! It's a perfect combo! They were wonderful days in this apartment and we hope to come back more often!
