The house is excellent, beautiful, comfortable and with all the utensils for those who like to make their own food. The kitchen has two refrigerators, pizza oven and we even like the shape of diamond-shaped ice. In addition to feeling at home, César was flexible with the schedule, allowing us to cost even more!

Wonderful stay! The house is very cozy, just like in the photos! Everyone loved and the children loved to look for Easter ovaries for the vases of the rs house. In the house there are several games, if they catch days of rain rs. The building is complete with all possible appliances. VERY close to the beach and there are several stalls of pastel, green corn, ice cream, etc., a wonder. Nearby has futevolei and beach tennis courts. Silvia was so kind and easy to communicate! The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava beach in Fortaleza. The description is very assertive and the house matches everything that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is sufficient for what is proposed. There is a large amount of utensils and appliances. There is a grocery store very close, as well as a snack bar, with delivery service. Zélia (recommended by Solange for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is an invitation apart. A low profile atmosphere amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (on some days you can even surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

Great stay! Marcos is a very helpful host and responds promptly. The house has the warmth of grandma's houses, great barbecue, swimming pool, close to the markets and very quiet neighborhood. We discovered many beaches and tours around and Marcos indicated many others as well. There are still places to visit in the city of Ubatuba and we will stay with Marcos again to see them. You can go easy! Great stay.

We had excellent days in Ubatuba. We were in 3 families and the house served us well. The house itself is simple, but it accommodates guests who have no freshness very well. The house was very clean and organized in our Check-in! The house is in a place far from muvuca, so it is calm and quiet. The host Alexandre is extremely helpful and attentive in communication. Very good people, helped us and indicated a waterfall nearby, made our Check-in and Check-out more flexible. Thank you for everything, Alexandre!

We went as a family to spend the weekend at the house and everyone loved it! The house was clean, swimming pool very well taken care of. The space is well integrated, pleasant and practical, which greatly facilitates the moments of relaxation with the family. We will return more often for sure.

The house is wonderful, and the view then? Amazing! But what impresses most is the quality of everything – pots, blender, coffeemaker, fan, air conditioning. All brand-new! I've never been in a beach house with such powerful refrigerators, or other high-end refrigerators. The house is well taken care of – no enclosed smell, and the beds are delicious. Because it is above sea level, less sea level seems to arrive, making everything more fresh and pleasant, even in the rooms with only ventilator. The structure is impeccable: great internet, TVs with all apps, working bathrooms and even the smelly rest network. The swimming pool and the kiosk are in another plot, need to cross the alley, which calls for a logistics with food, but it doesn't spoil anything. Dica: Access requires a robust car. It doesn't have to be 4x4, but a hatch can struggle. We went from Duster and demanded attention. Ana is a phenomenal host, sending everything in advance and organization. Very polite and requests. We'll be back!

Excellent locale, befitting the listing. The clean, comfortable and organized house is a quiet condominium with a swimming pool, parking and a location close to the beach. The host, Mr. Luiz, sent us important information and tips about the location. The housekeeper/caretaker, Sr Thiago, welcomed us very well, very helpful, polite and attentive. It all went very well from check-in to check-out.

We stayed a week from 01/14 to 01/21, we loved the location of the house, close to the beach we were able to walk quietly, close to the center which helps a lot in getting around, the house accommodated 07 people very well, the pool and barbecue area are great, condominium and quiet, we missed the Air fry, and washing machine would help, but we already knew it didn't have it, but everything else was the same as the listing, Gisele and André are super attentive, always answered me and helped quickly, thank you for the attention until next time.

Space very close to the beach, excellent structure, cozy and organized. good internet and well furnished. Half-smooth double mattress, but nothing that gets in the way. In front of the big beach with several options of markets and restaurants. I will definitely come back at a future opportunity.
