Family-friendly holiday rentals in Praia de Maranduba - Ubatuba

I love the beach where the cottage is located, it's peaceful, and Carlos' accommodation was a great experience! When we went it wasn't very hot, so there weren't many insects and it was a pleasant climate. For those who like to keep their feet in the sand, it's an incredible place to spend a few days. It would surely come back!

The house is even better than it looks in the pictures! Super complete, spacious and comfortable — we were positively surprised as soon as we arrived. The environments are very well cared for, and the space is even larger than we imagined. A very special highlight goes to Ingrid, who is extremely attentive, always available and helpful in everything we need. Ronaldo also deserves praise, always concerned about whether everything was right, if we needed anything — they made all the difference in our stay! The only point to consider is access to the house: it is on top of a hill and the climb is very steep, with many holes and ditches. Not every car climbs easily. But despite this, it is something beyond the control of the hosts and definitely did not prevent us from enjoying every moment. We highly recommend the stay and we would definitely be back!

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple and Flavia made sure to help us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It feels like a family home. The bedroom and bathtub upstairs were a big plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely return to take the family with us.

8 days immersed in nature with comfort and safety! 10-star rating for the cleanliness of the house: for sheets/towels/blankets and new covers (we used them!)/kitchen utensils/deck/outdoor and indoor space... The view is incredible (from everywhere in the house!), the house is much better than in the photos, it has a unique and cozy decor! We cooked (it has everything!), we barbecued, we ordered delivery (recommended by Fabio), we had the presence of all the birds in the photos, toucan, squirrel... enjoying nature and the immensity of the sea from the deck is divine! Excellent wifi (we worked in meetings at one point, all 4 of us, and the Internet worked perfectly!). Fabio was always very present for any need (we spent beautiful days!) his prior guidance is essential: we used all the recommended paths to the beach (the walk is worth every minute), we went to the island in front, we played dominoes/bingo (which were available in the house), we used frescobol/beach chair/his sun guard! wait for us Fabio! we'll be back!

Our place was wonderful. Super attentive and helpful Neide. Check in and check out super quiet. The clean, organized mto apartment, basic utensils, close to the beach and supermarkets. Leisure area in the mto boa condominium, with access to swimming pool, park and ice machine. We're already scheduling to go back and referring to friends.

Isabela was wonderful, answering all our thousands of questions. During the entire stay, it was extremely solicited. Roberta, who is the person who helps with housework, is a love. We love being with her. Prosa good, good service. Maria and Helena's food is very good!!! Now the house…. The house is much better than in the pictures. It can be a notion, but live the atmosphere is even bigger, there is absolutely nothing ugly in the house! Comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, and on top of that, all beautiful. Impeccable decoration. We were in 24 people and everyone loved everything! Dream House Really!!! The Lazaro beach is beautiful, super quiet for the family with a child because there is no wave. Jonas' house was impeccable, beautiful and cozy as in the photos, very quiet and safe place, excellent internet, large house, in short, we love each day of our stay.

The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava beach in Fortaleza. The description is very assertive and the house matches everything that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is sufficient for what is proposed. There is a large amount of utensils and appliances. There is a grocery store very close, as well as a snack bar, with delivery service. Zélia (recommended by Solange for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is an invitation apart. A low profile atmosphere amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (on some days you can even surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

Flávia was super attentive from the moment I closed the house, provided all the information and guidance. The house is very nice, even better than the pictures. The look you have of the beach and the Atlantic Forest is wonderful. The house is super well-equipped, I think one of the most complete that I have been with regard to kitchen utensils. As previously reported, the house is actually on a slope, I do not recommend it for people with limited mobility or the elderly. The only inconvenience - which escapes from the control of flavia - was that on the day of arrival it was raining, so we had difficulty getting up with the cars, we had to take all the bags and climb on foot, and only after that we were able to climb the car to the house. We had an amazing weekend, I'll definitely be back!

We loved our stay in the condo! The house is super spacious, very bright and well-equipped. The condominium is very beautiful and close to the beach. We were very well received and treated by Thiago, the person responsible for taking care of the place. In addition, Dalva, extremely helpful, was always on hand for any questions we had, making our arrival and stay peaceful! We definitely plan to return on our next visit to Ubatuba.

The accommodation delivers everything that is advertised. great space in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms and a leisure area that leaves nothing to be desired!!!

The apartment is perfect! The location could not be better. Extremely clean, well-equipped, excellent bed and bath linens and kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The beds are very comfortable, air conditioning cooling well and the gas shower is a delight. Marcos is an excellent host. We hope to return soon.

The house is beautiful and has a smart architecture, providing spaces for both conviviality and rest - not to mention that it is very close to the beach. Vanessa is very attentive, the house is excellent, and sleeping with the noise of the sea and walking on the waterfront was very good for me and my husband. We also took advantage of the pool on the day it was cloudy. Thank you for the stay and we plan to return for sure!
