The Pool Facing Apartment, beautiful. The condominium is close to the beach, and is a link with nature close to the mountains. A safe place, great for family. Worth a lot. We'll be back again.

The apartment is a gem, super well decorated, quiet and well lit! When we arrived the apartment was super clean, which for us is something fundamental! Congratulations to Flávio!

Great apartment, very spacious and comfortable, the rooms are good and the bathrooms are large, but they do not provide towels. Kitchen with all the utensils, spacious outdoor area and a beautiful view, very faithful to the photos. We like it a lot, I recommend it and I will return in the future.

The apartment is very good, all very clean and organized! Iara always answering our doubts and always being receptive. No ap has only the ceiling fans, and it was very hot, we suffered a little with it, we did not take a fan because the voltage was 110, and where we live is 220. If you can, I recommend you bring a fan. Other than that, nothing to score, only to really thank for Iara's stay!

First, the property is very well located, clean and with furniture, fixtures and fittings of great quality and finish. Michelle as a host was always quick to respond and meet our needs above expectations. The correct instructions and details were passed on. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back!

The stay at Giovanne's accommodation was great, the ap had everything we needed, quiet and cozy condominium, not to mention the large number of streamers that Giovanne has that made the rainy days more attractive, we will surely come back more often!

I spent a week at Victor's house and it was perfect. The house is very pleasant with lots of natural light, balcony space with barbecue, hammock, lots of nature. The kitchen is super well equipped and met all my needs. The living room has huge TV and comfortable sofa that were great for watching a movie at the end of the day, the internet worked really well. The bedroom is large, with a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom is also spacious and was spotless. And of course the best part is the red beach that is a few meters away from the house. I loved my stay and hope to come back again and again.

The house is excellent, everything works perfectly, beautiful and modern as in the photos, not to mention the impeccable cleanliness of the property. We were very well received, attentive and polite staff. The condominium is very beautiful, it has a very good space for children to play. Sununga beach was very busy, Lázaro beach is great for children and very beautiful too. Nothing to complain about, just an observation that I think is interesting to leave. The garage of the house we stayed in is a little tight, we went in two cars, a Toro and a Fastback, the Toro did not fit, the Fastback was just right. Even so, there is another positive point, Milton was very helpful in resolving it, and on the same day he arranged a space in one of the condominium's garages so that I could park my car. I think it's a good idea to check availability before you travel. The house, the hosts and the staff are 10 out of 10.

Excellent house as advertised, safe, airy, no smell, main item for those who have an allergic family member, we only used the car to go to other beaches, the main services can be done on foot, flexibility in check-in and check-out times, 10-star host. We will definitely go back and indicate .

Casa marvellous house, my family and I were completely in love and very comfortable, the house is exactly like in the photo, we love every corner. Another positive point is the beach, besides beautiful it is very close to the condominium, leaving the condominium is only to cross the highway (and it is safe). Loved staying at Luciana’s beautiful condo in Ubatuba! It has all the creature comforts of home, super central location to plenty of restaurants, shops and beaches. Grateful Luciana was able to loan us some bath towels are they are not included originally. As a host Luciana is gracious and very helpful! If you’re looking for a charming, peaceful retreat look no further!

Our stay at Hilda's place was simply amazing! The house is beautiful, very well equipped and surrounded by nature, on a plot with spectacular sea views. Everything there conveys comfort and peace, exactly what is expected of a beach house. We feel safe and enjoy every dawn, waking up early to watch the sun rise in the ocean. One of the highlights was the direct access from the terrain to the rocks by the sea, from where we could admire the waves and the sunrise. Hilda was a great host, always attentive and agile in answering any question, which made us feel very well taken care of. And Emerson, who takes care of the house, always welcomed us with a smile and even gave us fresh bananas! It was a shame our stay was short, because we would have stayed longer! Not only do we highly recommend to those who want to stay close to Itamambuca beach, but we will definitely return one day.

Great place, close to super market, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias ( There is a delivery at the bottom of the hostel, great), and is a few meters from the beach. i spent seven days with my husband and son in Gisele's apartment, right away when I entered the apartment I felt like it was all very organized and the smell of a clean house was super cozy, I was surprised by the reception even from afar she made a point of being super receptive, she left a welcome card and a few chocons. It was in communication all the time to know if it was all right if I was enjoying it if I had slept well without words, she is a super nice and educated person, not to mention that she sent me directions about the best beaches. About the apartment only positive things all new, complete kitchen left nothing to wish for, the condominium is also top everyone respects the super quiet rules I had no problem for me so far it was the best trip I've ever made by Airbnb beaches, top apartment, I don't see the time to come back again.
