The chalet is a single-story building and perfect for couples, families, the elderly and people with reduced mobility. The beach has a good kiosk structure. Access to the beach is easy, via an 8 km parallel paved road.

The chalet has a private backyard, which has a barbecue grill. 900 meters from the beach, approximately 11 minutes on foot. The chalet has fibre internet.
