The chalet is a single-story building and perfect for couples, families, the elderly and people with reduced mobility. The beach has a good kiosk structure. Access to the beach is easy, via an 8 km parallel paved road.

(The condominium is not fully enclosed and does not have a gatehouse) Our space is cozy and spacious, has 1 suite with balcony, 1 bedroom with exit to a backyard, social bathroom, integrated kitchen with the living room. The chalet has a private backyard, which has a barbecue grill. 900 meters from the beach, approximately 11 minutes on foot. The chalet has fibre internet.

We do not accept loud noise, disorder or animals. In the village, there is a child, a cat and a gentle dog. Access via a dirt road, no garage, the street is very quiet to leave the car. Not suitable for children, people with mobility issues, has stairs, and balcony without protection, for the view.
