Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia de Maranduba - Ubatuba

Our first time in Ubatuba and the choice of location exceeded expectations, especially in terms of location (the beach, although not for bathers, is spectacular and super close to other quieter ones). Si was very helpful, a dear. We were very well received and the house had exactly the structure we were looking for to go with a 9-month-old baby: simple, comfortable and super clean!

We went with family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, has excellent location within the condominium: near the beach and in front of the market that condominium (which in fact has a fair price). The view from the balcony is to the mountain, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the covered area and the whole check-in process was excellent. I recommend it!

Amazing place for those who want to rest with the family. Clean place, we had no access difficulties. The shared laundry and the non-use of speakers help the general well-being. Juliana is a great host and the house is nice, convenient and perfect as a beach house. Has all you need to make your stay perfect. Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. The place is simply wonderful! Literally standing in the sand on a quiet beach 2km from the historical center. Well equipped with all we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with gym, sauna, rooftop pool with a gorgeous look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

Christiane was always super helpful with everything. The house is exactly as advertised and is a very quiet and peaceful condominium. The kitchen had everything needed for everyday life. Only the internet could be faster for those who want to work online. Thank you for everything.

Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)
