Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Praia Areia Preta

I would like to thank Laudicéia immensely, a very kind person, extremely careful, concerned about his guests, affectionate and quite pleasant. We received very well. Impeccable apartment, all extremely clean, new furniture, complete and very cozy. I will come back for sure!

The apartment is in perfect condition (painting of walls and impeccable plaster ceiling), electronic lock on the door. 3 bedrooms (2 are suite) very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are in good condition, the apartment has a gas heater, working perfectly. The concierge of the building is 24h and easy to access, the building has foot lava on the ground floor (as it is close to the beach). I will definitely locate again when I go to Guarapari.

New apartment, fully equipped, super comfortable, I felt at home. Laudiceia, which was our host, very attentive and always worried if everything was going well. 24h gate, super insurance, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, snack bars all close.

It was all very good, the property of Ana and much better that the photos can show, all very clean, comfortable, and a tranquility and energy that is difficult to describe in comment, you have to know to understand. I WANT TO LEAVE A SPECIAL COMMENT FOR ANA LUCIA, WHO IS MORE THAN A HOST, IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOSPITALITY. Always very responsive, polite and concerned about the stay of my family, advanced the check-in, which was a great differential (of course in this stay was possible). Really an excellent option. GOD willing, we will be back.

The apartment is excellent, exactly as in the pictures, new, complete and comfortable. Luciano is extremely helpful, proactive and polite. Certainly I would host again and I would recommend it to everyone.

One of the best I've ever stayed in, everything is brand new, great location, if you want you don't need to take the car out of the garage for anything and Josy is very polite and very nice people! I'll be back without a doubt!

Great place to stay - Maria was extremely responsive and helpful, and went out of her way to arrange a taxi for us back to Vitoria airport. Her parents were also extremely welcoming and everything went very smoothly throughout. Very comfy rooms and great facilities! We highly recommend Maria's place to anyone wishing to stay in the area :)

To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

The house is beautiful, clean bedding, everything clean and fragrant, it had everything in the house that we needed for a stay without complications, the highlight is the pool area, we had a barbecue and enjoyed the pool, which was very well maintained, the water was super clean, we didn't get hot, because it has air-conditioning in every room in the house! Co-host Eunice was super responsive, polite and courteous; she gave all the support and information. The house meets the description , having all the features in bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The location for the cost benefit serves, as it allows facial car access to beaches such as Castelhanos, Iriri, piuma, guanabara and tour to guarapari. Everything went in peace, and the hosts were 10!

The house is impeccable, very quiet neighborhood, with no noises. Great place to rest. The kitchen is 100% complete, service area too! I really liked the experience.

It is well worth the accommodation. It is extremely close to the beach, just a corner away from the beach of the hill, very well located. The extra good market is practically next door, not to mention the markets and restaurants. The apartment was impeccable with clean and overcomes the photos of the ad. We were very happy and satisfied with the comfort, with the location, with everything that the apt provided. Too much worth it! My family was delighted. We went in a group of 8 people and a baby and it was all very quiet and tasty. We stayed 9 days.

Marcelo's AP met my expectations, a very clean place, cozy, family environment, great location, Insurance, matches the photos. Located on the third floor, with stairs, the shower really is a little weak and to bathe in the hot it is very hot, air conditioning is a little weak, on hot days it doesn't help much, only the night that cools more. At the most I liked a lot, Marcelo very nice, request, helped us a lot to get to know the city, driving, tourist spots. Always showing wanting to help. I went to celebrate my birthday and gave me good recommendations. Voltaria for sure. Thank you Marcelo.
