only to thank Charlton for the lodging, treated us super well, apartment has everything , refrigerator , stove , microwave , fans all working perfect ,coming down from the apartment you are inside a mall where you have a full supermarket, lottery, quick box, shops , wooden benches to sit and enjoy , it has 24-hour security,the city is welcoming only gratitude to God and to Charlton. super indication large and welcoming, descended is on the beach .

Everything went well, the place is very well structured and organized, easy to get to, close to the beaches, and the owner was attentive and helpful. The apartment matched the description in the listing, I have nothing to complain about, I would definitely come back more times

Super clean apartment, fragrant bed and bath linens. All rooms are clean and fragrant. A delightful double bed, wonderful shower, the apartment is charming, super beautiful. The concierge staff are super polite. We felt at home!! we'll be back for sure.

The apartment was as described in the ad, well located, comfortable and functional. Host Rosiani was polite and attentive, which made us very comfortable during the stay. As a suggestion of improvement, only greater attention to cleaning, especially on items in the kitchen, which were quite dirty. Nothing that hurt the experience, which was great overall. We recommended and would come back for sure!

Alexandra at all times was very helpful to me, it helped me a lot about schedules. i think the AP is in the best location there, where there is everything at the door, just down that has several restaurants and even the carts of the people who sell. super hot and strong shower, comfortable bed, quiet fan, and kitchen with everything you need with nothing missing in it. The apartment has a good isolation where you don't hear practically anything on the street, not even from the side apartments. In my stay the building ended the water and Alexandra gave all support, being very helpful. finally, a wonderful apartment, where I would go back a thousand times and if I were to put an observation it would just be the parking lot that is kind of chatty to get in, a little confusing, but nothing that hinders your experience. only thank you, as I had an amazing trip. I rented the house to a group of 23 people, a band that performed at my wedding. I didn't even stay at the place, but the communication, for closing the rent and etc, was easy and resolute. They made themselves available to cook for the guests and welcomed them very well. The feedback from the group that stayed was the best, they felt at home and welcomed. I highly recommend it for those who need a cozy home with easy communication. Not to mention that the region is beautiful too!! I wish this super receptive family success.

Very clean and equipped house. All environments are very pleasant. Very good barbecue area. Great for leisure days with the family. The host and his wife were very attentive and helpful.

Our stay at Apê do Vitor exceeded expectations! Spacious, convenient and comfortable, perfectly accommodated 12 adults and one child. The location is excellent: in the calmer part of Praia do Morro, ideal for rest, but with easy access to bakeries, restaurants and shops. Vitor was attentive from start to finish, always helpful and ready to help, even after the trip, asking what the experience was like. The apê is well cared for, cleaned and had everything we needed. Everyone in the group was very pleased. We will indicate whenever possible and when I return to Guarapari, I already know where to stay!

The condominium is very quiet and with many leisure areas, very close to the beach. Very clean and organized house, it has everything we need to spend a few days . Viviane very thoughtful and helpful We love and recommend the hosting.

Extremely quiet place, gated condominium with 24h gate, several leisure areas and the apartment is complete with the utensils. Luiz responds quickly and gave all instructions. I recommend and intend to return.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

The stay is wonderful, the place is wonderful. Super safe, comfortable, easy to find, easy access, close to the beach, all very organized. Uber searches and takes without problems. The apartment is exactly like the one described in the ad, kitchen super complete. Communication with the hostess is super fast, she always responds quickly and very attentive. We love hosting and recommend it.
