Our stay in this apartment was great! The space was spacious, decorated with a lot of style for a perfect vacation. The location is privileged, with easy access to supermarkets, pharmacy, laundry and others. In addition, the cleanliness and organization of the apartment were impeccable. I highly recommend it for those looking for comfort and practicality during the holidays! And the pool and hot tub are a show in themselves.

My stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, spacious, comfortable and with a lovely sea view. The location is perfect, close to everything, which makes it very easy. The hostess was very receptive and attentive, always available for any questions. I had no problem during the stay. I would definitely host again and recommend it to those looking for a quiet, well located accommodation with an amazing view.

I need to start by saying how helpful and kind Natasha was in our conversations. Although we do not know each other in person, I felt that she is a great host. As for the space, very good, very well located, an incredible view of the river channel. The photos matched the reality. If I go to Guarapari again, I will try to stay in this space. Best stay I've ever had in Guarapari. Beautiful and comfortable apartment, everything clean, very good linens and towels. The kitchen has all the appliances, in addition to the service area having a washing machine and space to hang clothes. All rooms with air conditioning, everything was amazing.

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

The accommodation was peaceful. Bakery, restaurants, distributors, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. Well ventilated and safe house.

The building is actually a foot in the sand, in a minute, leaving the house, you are already in the sea, which by the way is very calm, with transparent water, we can even see turtles!! Everything is extremely clean, and of first line , air conditioning and ceiling fan in the three suites, but it is worth mentioning that there is not so warm, in fact the climate is very pleasant, especially when you leave the kitchen( which is very fancy with everything we need) has an area with super comfortable chairs in front of the sea being extremely relaxing to stay! Township of Host, Helô, with no words to express me how polite, kind and request it was with us, in fact I already consider it as a friend that this property gave me!! God bless you greatly!! This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements in the past year, making it even more comfortable. In addition to the complete leisure area and all the necessary utensils available, we are delighted by the beautiful view of the lagoon and the many fruit trees in the yard. Wonderful place for lodging, very quiet the neighborhood, and it has everything that is necessary for daily life, close to everything and with great prices, people are super friendly, have several beaches nearby and are beautiful the water is very clear. Elisa was super understanding with everything and indicated wonderful places to go.. Very beautiful, large, pleasant and functional house. All guests loved their stay and it's definitely option # 1 when we return to Guarapari. Sylvia always very attentive, kind and concerned about the details.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

Vitors apartament is beautiful and spacious with 4 bedrooms and a generous outdoor area. The highlight is the location, views and proximity to the beach. Communication was excellent and made our stay even more pleasant. I would certainly recommend.
